This is the most unfriendly customer store I have ever been in. The cashier (Anna Clark) was the only one checking out customers while the manager was totally unaware of the 6 people in line to check out. I had to yell out for additional help. The cashier used her phone to call someone and acted like she resented the fact she had to call. The manager finally got off his duff and came to assist and opened another line. I stayed in Annaa line and was greeted with total silence and rude behavior. Not even a "thank you" for shopping at Ingles. It is no wonder this store has such poor customer use. And the pricing is rediculous. I only shop there to get Idaho instant potatoes and fat free mayo (which is always near the ex-date); otherwise, I shop at WalMart or Kroger. I check out your sales only to use them as a price match (if strangly lower) at WalMart. Anna should be fired and replaced with someone who has a better attitude about the public she is to serve.

I have been shopping at this location over the past 16-years and although the prices range from AWESOME to sometimes too high, I can honestly say that the staff is good, friendly and attentive. I buy the sale items and find good value there. Produce can be a problem as can meats, so you have to know what youre looking for (same can be true anywhere); but they will make good on problems with no hassle. (I have only had a couple times to ever request a return/exchange). This is an older store; but one thing I REALLY like about it is the fact that they dont move inventory around too much. You get to learn the store and things stay pretty much in the same location. Easy in/easy out. Easy parking and NOT A ZOO like some other local stores. Plenty of parking. This location may not be for everyone; but for me it is my preferred location for price and friendly staff.

I appreciate the Ingles I most often fun myself at. Everyone is friendly and helpful. At times I wish this location would expand into the empty CVS location adjoining it, but what I really like about the store now is its size. Most grocery stores are so big I feel as though Im walking forever to simply pick up a few groceries. Plus, I need cuts of meat for two people, and I know I can always find sizes I need in the meat department. Like the location, size, and the fact they still carry so very many items. The produce section is also well designed and very well cared for. Thanks, Ingles!

This is probably one of the best grocery stores Ive had the pleasure of shopping at. The prices are great, the staff is generally very friendly, and they almost always remember me! Im very excited that they recently started selling boneless skinless chicken breasts so i dont have to purchase them from another grocery store! I love shopping here and only go elsewhere when I cant make it here. :)

I have been going to this Ingles for years. It is one of the few retail grocery stores that retains its staff. Because it is smaller than other chain grocery stores, you can get in and out faster. The hot deli food makes a good lunch and the samples are to die for. Ive never had a cashier not to be friendly and chatty.

Gets a fraction of the business of the Kroger down the road. The prices here are at least as good as Krogers, often better. The cafeteria area at Ingles is far better, and a better deal.
