Let me start with: we love panera. But tonight we ordered online for quick pickup and instead of being notified by phone or email, which they had both, they wrote on the receipt that they were out of Flatbread. Of course, we ran in to grab it and left without reading the receipt, we got home and realized we were a sandwich short. My husband went back, explained what happened, they gave hime a new sandwich with an apology or even a comp. This situation could have been handled better. Also the tomato soup was extremely watery, Ive had it before and its always been thicker and delicious.

Very nice inside. A lot of seating and friendly staff. Love the self order kiosks! Only thing I wish they had all the drink choices as other Paneras - different juices & lemonades.
