The first thing you notice about Saigon is how it is much bigger inside than one would expect from the outside. The decor is really nice and the place is usually not too crowded. Now for even more good news: the food is tasty and affordable. There are other restaurants like PF Changs and other Fusion restaurants that offer a variety of asian dishes but screw it up utterly, and are typically overpriced. Saigon offers really tasty/authentic asian dishes for not too much. However, their bubble tea was not the best.

Ive been coming here often. Better eat in since if you do a to-go, a good chance your order will be messed up like mine. Also you cant even get it canceled or refunded unless you manually drive 30mins back in here even if it was clearly their fault. Also when you actually do come in and ask for a refund, the lead cashier tells you, they cant give a full refund (which was guaranteed by someone you called two days ago). Then you need to explain why you need it and the hassle is clearly not worth the trouble

Ive been to many Vietnamese/Thai restaurants and this one was just above average. Nothing outstanding about it. The service was okay, they overcharged me for the bill after they rang my credit card. The lady that was initially serving me was rude later on as she rudely went by me and never checked on me in case I needed something which I did a couple of times. The pho is actually pricey for what its worth as well. Honestly, I wouldnt go here again unless it was the last resort.

Beware! We just decided to give this place a second try after my husband found a hard piece of plastic in his Pho the first visit. This time we left a $4.80 tip on a $22.20 bill, but my debit was ran for $49.20!! They took more than double the bill as a tip! Ive called two days in a row and they keep saying call back tomorrow. Going to have to dispute it with the bank. Theyre robbers.

I really enjoy the food here. The "B4" is my favorite dish. It sounds sort of weird, but very tasty. I like the Pho Ga (chicken). The Tom Yum Seafood soup is really good. They tend to use too much sauce on some of the more ordinary Chinese and Thai dishes, but if you ask for light sauce, most of those are good too. Plus, they are within walking distance of my house!

I had a horrible experience. I got there at 820pm and the hostess told us that it closed at 9pm, so she refused to seat me. I told her that I just wanted a quick pho and she said that the kitchen closed at 830. I told her it was 820. After looking at me with the most disgusted face, she took a menu and threw it on a table and pointed it to me. I walked out.

This place will always have a special place in my heart. This is the restaurant where my wife and I had our first date. I am probably not the preeminent voice on contemporary Vietnamese cuisine, but I always found the food here consistent, incredibly fresh, and quickly prepared. If youre an Emory student, dont miss this place!

It was great food the customer service seemed shaky at first but it gotten better towards the end. Just a pointer dont assume the groupd is done and get the check right away before asking how was the food.. anyways great food.

Horrible food...what happened. I had a good cup of COOKED onions left on my plate and the chicken was just wing trimmings (skin and fat). We eat at the one on Pleasanthill and it is always good.

The food is delicious...try the Tom Kha soup, its AMAZING. And Im addicted to the glass noodle soup. Ive been here several times and the service is consistently good.
