This was my first time ever eating at Noodles and Company, so I didnt know what to expect. The gentleman who took my order was nice and helpful. I order a pesto cav and added parm chicken and seasoning as he suggested. I dont work or live nearby the location, so I was kinda upset when I got back to my office and there was no chicken or seasoning. I contacted the store and they gave me 2 options: come back today or theyd mail me a card. Overall I was not impressed and the noodles were just okay- thats probably why he suggested adding chicken and seasoning. Not a good first impression and still hungry.

Ive been there twice now for takeout and the first time I ordered a milk for my son and they didnt put it in the bag. Today I went in for some Japanese Pan noodles with steak and came home with some crap that had scrambled eggs in it. Not even close to what I ordered. You can tell that the people who work there dont want to be there. Check your bag before you leave. 11 bucks for some crap you dont want is a bummer when you get home.

I always get the Japanese Pan Noodles, they are great and something a little different from other places. They have a coke freestyle so you mix up whatever you want, I do raspberry coke. The only problem is it can be a little pricey for a lunch if you want to do any meat in your pasta.

I used to go to Noodles in Colorado so it was nice to see its out here in KY too! Love the food. The only downside is that the add-ons can really add up though. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoy their Mac & Cheese with meatballs the most. On occasion I will instead get the beef stroganoff. Quiet, friendly place and proper temperature all provide for comfortable dining.

This Newport location NEVER puts enough sauce in their pastas. You have to pay for the extra sauce just to get it to a normal amount. Super cheap franchise.
