Very disappointed!! I went for Steak Chalupas, but they were out.....I no longer wanted Taco Bell, but their drive thru traps you in, so I had no choice but to stay in line..... I went ahead & ordered a hard shell taco supreme combo, BIG MISTAKE!!! Not only are they out of the proper cups & lids for the soda, they were out of ALL sauces & the taco shells were stale!!! Im seriously wandering if this store is prepared b/c of poor management, the staff stealing or being in a majority black neighborhood......whatever the reason, they have lost my business!!! I will travel to a neighboring city next time I want Taco Bell!!!

Love hate relationship with this location. Sometimes they get my order right and many other times its wrong. If i catch the mistake before i pull off and depending on how i feel about the situation go inside and have them fix it or get my money back. I love tacos and most of the time i dont feel like going to the one in Fayetteville. If you go to this location past 10pm forget it the line takes atleast 10 monutes to get thru. Other times they run out of food or just have an attitude. If your not really craving the tacos I wouldnt waste my time.

I rarely have a problem here besides the occasional missing item or mixup in orders but thats a given during high lunch hours. Today was kind of different. Ordered a #7(quesadilla and choice taco w/drink). Everything was fine until I started paying attention to the actual flavor of the meat. I always order stake but the steak tasted more like "liver" than actual steak. Other thank that everything was fine. You could hear the normal chit chat of the workers in the background and the place was clean in the front of the house.

The employees here are always very friendly and helpful. Generally speaking it is a bit slower than other Taco Bells, but I have never had any orders come out wrong and have only had good experiences. The only thing is they dont always honor the advertised deals like the $5 box or for a while when they had the half price drinks from 2-5, which are now half price. There have been a few other occasions where I have seen them charge more than other locations. Customer service is great though.

This taco bell is the worst!!! I ordered a little over $50 worth of food and they got my order wrong again!!!! I got someone else order.... So not only was my order wrong but i lost at least $20 cause i couldnt take it back cause they were closed. I called that morning and the manager told me there is nothing she can do with the receipt (THAT THEY DIDNT GIVE ME) THANKS FOR STEALING MY MONEY TACO BELL NEVER AGAIN!

Customer service sucks. I ordered some tacos and they slammed the window closed when I was looking for my debit card to pay for them. It was about 15 seconds when I found my card and when I showed her my card she still didnt open the window. I hate this place wish there was another Taco Bell around me. I would go there.

Oh boy are they getting slower and slower! Its like its always a wait. I went recently for just 2 empanada and they said itll be a 4 min wait. I was ok with it since I was already waiting. After about 10 minutes I get to the window and have to wait another 5 minutes. But the food was good and HOT!

Just ordered food for myself and my kids, I had 2 triple layer nachos with literally one tablespoon of cheese and one teaspoon of red sauce. No beans! And i ordered it with extra cheese, The chips were old and stale along with my kids Doritos tacos. Lettuce was turning brown!!

They are absolutely incapable of getting an order right. You have to argue not to be charged for simple substitutions that are completely free on the app...and even once you get them to correct the price, you get the food and it isnt even right. Poor attitude, poor service.

Not bad for a late night order, way better than any taco bell in Fla! I drove 15 min after making my order, my tacos were very fresh, not falling apart like others, not grease leaking out, perfect amount of everything, the drive thru was very nice, sweet and polite.

Very disappointed to find out the store is without any taco sauce until after I ordered. The restrooms didnt have paper towels and people fixing food were very loud and using profanity loud enough to where the public could hear. Didnt know who was running the place

Just got lunch here around 9:30 a few days ago and now the girl thats there now at the drive thru all of the sudden says that they dont sell it till 11am. Why lie? If you dont wanna work just quit but dont just lie. Thats stupid and lazy asf. Smh.

Dont EAT there. Last Night I bought a Nacho Supreme around 11pm and by 5am I had Nausea, Vomiting, and Diarrhea. Im in so much pain as Im typing now, but this has to stop.!!! please dont eat here. Something isnt right with there food.

Im currently in a very long drive thru line which is not moving. Then I look over to the door of the place to see EMPLOYEES looking at how long the line is as it wraps around the place. Only in Riverdale. Smh.

Its a great clean place to go since they remodeled it several months ago, it can be really cheap for the amount of food you get, depending on what you get. Great place for a quick bite.

They close the drive through at their convenience. It was closed when we pulled up then he removed the barrels as we were leaving. Plus their prices are more than the advertisements.

This Taco Bell is usually pretty busy at night, but they move the line pretty steadily. Sometimes the Drive-thru order-takers are not very attentive, but overall its a good location.

Awesome service! I had a little mishap with opening my nachos. The cashier remade my order and then cleaned up. I cleaned up myself too because I work at fast food as well

My service was great! The only disappointing factor during my visit was that they ran out of soft tortillas wraps. No soft tacos were available during my visit.
