Watching how the employees treat customers and each other is hard to watch. No sense of customer service. Unbelievable. The asian employee gets frustrated quickly with the customers when they ask a question. And the food was cold. Twice this happened! A girl came in to let this specific employee know that she wanted veggies instead was given rice. The employee seemed fristrated, took the food, then put the food BACK into the tray! Even McDonalds has better standards. Im sure the public would not be obliged to knowingly pay $7 for food "mixture". Its unsanitary. The employee yelled at the employee would served her, pointing in disgust at the complaining customer. Help! Customer service etiquette 101.

Your basic Asian-inspired cuisine. The food was hot and the ingredients were fresh. Customer service could have been better, but for a franchise, it was typical. The bottle drinks are overpriced, so go for a fountain beverages instead. For my health conscience readers, they list the caloric measures on each entree and side. They also offer white rice but you must ask for it. The bowl is your standard lunch size with the plate being more than enough to satisfy most appetites. Not a must-stop, but it will satisfy your food cravings, I rate this place OK.

I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and string bean chicken with rice. Instead of just giving me a scoop of the shrimp she literally picked through the shrimp, so I had the coldest that was on top and no walnuts. String beans over-cooked also mushy with no flavor... It looks like they reheated yesterdays mushy left overs The rice also tasted old and mushy... I am very disappointed. I look forward to the fresh menu items and appreciate fresh vegetables. I will go to the camp-creek location from now on.

Eating here right now. The chow mein is so dry and tasteless. The orange chicken also dry and crunchy. They both taste old. The general two chicken tastes a little fresher but still not good. For lunch time this is unacceptable. Stay away from this location. They also have employees eating at tables and listening to music or videos without headphones. Very unprofessional.

I honestly think, this was my first time eating asat any panda express. Deff my last! I order organge chicken and brown rice. Not good..the chicken literally was hard and tastes more so like it was stell probably old. No chicken in the inside, maybe over fried. I put so soy sauce on the rice. Not good either...it had a weird taste to it. A waist of $7 for lunch...

I always receive good customer service here. There is a patio outside, so you can eat outside on a nice day. They will cook your food fresh if you request and if you dont mind waiting. I like getting Beijing Beef, orange flavored chicken, half chow mein and fried rice. Their fried rice has vegetables in it(peas & carrots) and their chow mein has cabbage in it.

Terrible experience. They got our order wrong which we realized after trying the food. They poured the chicken back in the serving dish WITH HALF EATEN PIECES. the noodles were undercooked, there were multiple hairs in our food. And staff was rude. Would not recommend. Get a health inspector in there asap

2 bites in and hair on my orange chicken. The noodles oily and dry. Rice was scorched. I got a to-go plate and soon called for refund. The worker said I could get a replacement if I brought the plate and receipt back. They also picked up the phone very fast but no thanks! Ill pass. Dont recommend.

Honeslty there is a Chinese joint in Krogers that does MUCH better work than this. Its like they get the chicken, fry it, get whatever corporate sauce on it, toss it, serve it. You can tell by the way it tastes, they dont have any care or much consideration for taste here.

Orange chicken was hard. The rice had crunchy parts. I didnt understand why since the visit was during early lunch hours... Cannot go wrong with the grilled chicken teriyaki though. Its still a place to get a quick meal.
