I ordered an XL Garlic Cheese Bread and paid for two sides of Garlic Cream Cheese dip. Thats $3 for two small containers of cream cheese. I get my order and there is three containers of marinara and three packages of garlic butter sauce. I call to ask the store to either bring me my cheese, or give me a discount on my next order. They simply said they would give me my cream cheese next time. I asked to speak with a manager. Manager said the same thing. I am highly unimpressed with the level of customer service at this location, and I am thoroughly amazed that the East Lansing location is more aware of how they handle mistakes made by their employees. I will not be returning to this location, I would rather order from Guidos - at least Guidos will bring missed items back RIGHT AWAY and apologize profusely, without excuses or lack of consideration for their patrons.

This is the best pizza around. Have been going there for 5 yrs + now. The one gentleman that took my order was soooo kind + I told him I had just got out of the hospital so when I went to get my order I could barely get into my car so he was so kind + carried my order to my car for me so I didnt have to walk. Awesome! He is such a sweetheart! I wish the whole world was like him! I love this place + his kindness sure was a plus. Thank you so very much! Madilyn

I dont get pizza here often, but when I do I look forward to it. The service has been nothing but stellar and their Pizza has a quality about it that I havent tasted anywhere else.

I really like Cottage Inn. They have really good crust, a bit greasy, but nothing like Pizza Huts pan pizzas. The pizzas are square, which is unusual, but again I like it.
