Disappointing to say the least. Placed an online order, received confirmation email with the total. Once the driver arrived the receipt showed an amount with an $11+ increase. The driver was pleasant and assured me he would call the store to straighten this out. He even told me to make sure I had the email showing the confirmation number readily available. Once the lady on the other end was able to speak with us, after handling customers at the store, she immediately said the difference in the total was because tax and delivery charges were not added to the online total. I stated this was incorrect, the online total always adds in the tax and delivery charges. She continued to argue with me until I pointed out if this was the case...then the subtotal on the receipt would match the online total. She tried to give several reasons as to why the two totals did not match. Given that I had a confirmation number from my online order and details from the online order that matched the order details on the receipt...the online price should have been honored. When I asked from the store managers name she, along with another employee in the background, hesitated. My driver gave me the name and apologized. I will be contacting the store manager as well as the general manager. The pizza was mediocre. Toppings were sparse. But the poor customer service left the worst taste in my mouth. Will not be a returning customer.

Just dont get pizza from here. Go to Papa Johns. I placed an order for my little ones dinner. about an hour and a half before bed time. the delivery wait was almost 2 hours!!!! pick up time was in 20 to 30 min. I chose to go get it. The drive though and never moved for like 25 minutes after waiting a little longer at the house to get it. I tried to call the store to see what was going on. That was a nightmare. I can number that was not in service then kept getting the run around with the people on the phone. I finally pulled up to the car in front and she told me she had been waiting an hour for her pizza and they had not started to make the carry out orders! I decided to go in and found a full room of people waiting and no one at the counter. I waited a bit then left and called them to complain. while I went to QT to get pizza. They gave me a $15 credit. I called back to use it and was told that it was never issues ... after arguing with the guy he finally gave it to me then the pizza got there and they told me it was full price. My mom got a credit a few days later due to an issue with her order at another pizza hut and had the same issue. I LOVE PIZZA HUT but they have really went down hill.

This Pizza Hut is beyond incompetent. Every time I call here its an issue. If its not customer service, its receiving the incorrect damn pizza or it being cold. Just recently I had the manager, I presume, tell me they dont deliver to my area, when they have several times before, then ask me where I live. Huh? How are you going to tell me that you dont deliver here, then ask for my address? I waited an hour and a half for the pizza to find out its cold and the wrong one. Mind you, this is after the delivery person rang my doorbell then immediately knocked like she was the police. Oh, and to top it off, when I called to tell them that they sent the wrong pizza, they were kind enough to redo the pizza, but told me it would be ANOTHER hour and half....never...again.

I had the worst experience Ive ever had with Pizza Hut at this place. The customer service sucks ass. The stupid girl in the Drive-Thru was ghetto and Ratchet and she was a white girl so it kind of made her look even more stupid. So I place my order at 9:49 p.m. they told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes I gave them 45 minutes only to arrive at the Pizza Hut for them to tell me that they were out of the dough to make my pizza. So I waited 45 minutes for nothing and I drove all the way up there and then they had the nerve to call me while I was sitting in the Drive-Thru like they couldnt call me 45 minutes earlier before I wasted my time and gas. This place really needs to be shut down I hope someone does something soon

Not even a 1 star is worth what i gave it, Customer service is worthless!!!! We received a burnt pepperoni pizza that was worthless to eat,,,,, called to complain and was told it would be sent out 50 min later now 2 hours no eat able pizza...... so my company ate what they could( which was not much) . We called the so called customer service number again and was after explaining for the second time that we have had bad service we only received a $15 compensation...... (Bull Crap) 1.My company had nothing to eat. 2. Was told they could have something in 50 min with a no show 3. What kind of comp is that when youre incompetence meses up the entire night for my guest

I am disgusted!!! I ordered pizza Friday and after it arrived 20min past the quoted arrival time, the MEAT ON THE PIZZA WAS PINK!!! I immediately called the stores number however I was connected to a call center who told me they would contact the store and they manager would call me in a few moments. Never got a call so I called back the next day. The first time, the all center tried to connect me to the store and it didnt work. The second time, they told me the manager would call within a hour and never did. So not only did I waste my money on pizza I couldnt eat but I also was not able to get a refund. Will never order from ANY Pizza Hut ever again!!!

Worst Pizza Hut ever...I ordered at 6:30pm..Callrd twice to notify them that it was still not delievered..On the 2nd call I was told the driver "left it" that it would be "remade & delivered in 35min" It is now 9:15pm and I still did not receive my order...I did some how see a driver speed into my subdivision & reliever at my neighbors house and not mine...Luckily we all know each other and my neighbor was nice enough to call me 5min ago to let me know that the pizza had been delivered just not to my house...Smh just poor poor very poor customer service..

I ordered from here late lastnight and received the wrong pizza and it was RAW. I called the Store to see if I could have it replaced and the Manager PATRICK said "they wont replace it, I should have called earlier and I bet there was probably no pizza left!" Meaning either I was lying or ate a raw pizza. So I had to get the pizza out the trash, take it up there, and have it replaced by someone else. Ive never seen worse customer service from a "manager".

This location is the worst. They dont take pride in what they make. The food be nasty, not made properly. As well as the staff is rude. They offer you free food to get you to not call corporate. Which at the end of the day, defeats the purpose. This location needs corporate to come and make changes alot of changes, fr the staff to the actual store. They need to get someone from corporate to go undercover and they will see how this location is a disgrace
