This location has gone down hill since the okemos location closed. I will try them once in a while and every time I am disappointed in the service but not the food. The last time I ordered I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. I showed up an hour later, paid, and then waited. All I got was "it should be right up". Another 20 minutes goes by and the 2 pizzas show up but not the cheese bread. Instead of offering a refund she just said there is one coming out of the oven and it should be just a minute. Well I eventually insisted on a refund because my pizza was getting cold and the bread was not "coming out of the oven". I got a rude response but got my refund and left. This location has been great but also been horrible. I guess it depends on who is working.

It took about 3 hours for my pizza to show up, much longer than the time I was given. I kept calling as no one from the location called me to let me know what was going on with my order and kept getting incorrect estimates on when it would be delivered. The pizza itself was lukewarm and not very good. I would not recommend ordering from this place. I looked at all the negative reviews before ordering and now wish I would have listened to them.

Horrible Delivery: We ordered online. It told us it would take about 40 minutes to get us our pizza, we got it an hour and a half later. Not to mention it was the wrong order. We called and told them of this and they said they were going to send the right one soon. 2 hours later from that call we are still waiting for our correct pizza to arrive.

Absolutely horrible. Order a simple stuffed crust pizza for my kids. Valentines treat! Got home and it was packed with onions and sausage. Called the they dont care! The complainer always loses even if the business is wrong. Should not have to double check everything.

Literally they have screwed up six times in a row to make a cheese pizza, with extra sauce and no butter on the crust. One night the made it wrong back to back. Only once have they attempted to comp the pizza. Honestly Pizza Hut should shut this store down:

I called this store and mentioned their previous reviews. The manager was incredibly courteous and the food was delivered exactly on time (down to the minute). My order was made correctly and was delicious. I will definitely be ordering form them again.

This pizza hut is fairly good. The food is actually of god quality in comparison with other pizza places and taking into account cost. The staff seemed quite impersonal and strictly business, which is not nearly as nice as I would hope to be.

Good food, and normally a short wait. Fridays and Saturdays it tends to get really busy towards the end of the night. This leads to long waits in-house, carryout, and delivery. It seems that this is due to understaffinh.
