I like Chipotle, but I hate this location. Ive had too many bad experiences here. Every single time Ive paid $1.95 extra for guacamole, I end up with half of a Avocado in my bowl thats too hard to smash or eat. Thats $1.95 in the trash. Sometimes the core of the avocados in there too! One time I went and they were out of guacamole and said it would be a 25 minute wait. 25 minutes, really?? Did they have to go find an Avocado tree to pick from? Another time they were out of cheese. Theyre always out of something!! One thing I hate the most about this location is their chips are always, and I mean ALWAYS stale. The quality of their food is very poor. Its sad that I kept going back, not only because its close to home, but because I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking theyd do better. I was absolutely wrong and will no longer be wasting my money there.

Went the first week they opened.....then again 2 months later. The place is too new for bad food! Both times, their chips were stale!! The food is lukewarm at best. Ordered a salad....only to get very wilted salad greens. Its as if the food had been sitting out all day at a church picnic. Theres just no love put into the food at this particular location. Frankly, Ive been to many Chipotles, and this is certainly the worst. The management seems young, inexperienced, and not particularly customer oriented. Too much staff horseplay and joking around, instead of focusing on making sure the food is palatable. Only relatively clean during busy hours ..... On a brighter note, the guacamole is good. However, Ill drive to the Ponce location in Atlanta the next time I need a Chipotle fix.

I want to support them because theyre so close to my house and job, but everytime Ive gone to pick up food for friends and my self, we have always been let down. We can NEVER find the meat on our bowls or burritos. They will barely give half a scoop where other locations give a full scoop. This goes for other ingredients too. Hardly any flavor in the food either. My friends who have never had chipotle dont even care to give other locations a chance. Personally, Ive had better luck at Pollo Tropical right down the road, which is sad considering Chipotle was here long before they were.

This place is very inconsistent with the portions they give. I go to this chipotle quite often because its near my house but that is the only reason why. They are quick to tell you if you want extra its an extra charge but they havent even gave you how much youre suppose to get. I watched the cashier give this lady more chicken than me and the lady that did my bowl asked if it was extra chicken in the bowl the cashier prepared and she she no which goes to show how inconsistent they are. One good note is that its always clean in the restaurant.

The serving portions are the smallest. I wish I could post a picture on this. They are waaaay smaller than Morrow. The staff was VERY unpleasant. They didnt greet me as a customer. They scattered to the back when I came in. They were out of sour cream and chips at 9:21pm. I was handed my receipt and they walked away. I would not recommend this location to any other fellow Chipotle lover. *****Update: Manager resolved the issue. She was super friendly and warm. She was reassuring and adamant that the problem would get resolved.

My husband and I went for the first time with our 4 kiddos 11 years and under to lunch and the staff was SO patient as we figured out (and changed) our choices. Even when several customers came in at once behind us, they kept their cool and helped us feel welcome. Usually our kids are hungry after kids meals (good eaters) but this time they were satisfied and had leftovers! One of the workers came by just to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The food was amazingly delicious and the service was so pleasant!

Super small portions, Compared to other locations! Unfriendly, mean staff unwilling to provide customer service! On top of that as I was leaving an elderly lady asked if there was more sweet tea since the machine was empty, the employees just looked at her with a dumb look and asked is it empty out there? She replied yes, so they replied uh...No. Sorry excuses for human beings.

I love this chain, but this particular location has been less than ideal each time Ive given it a chance. My entree was lukewarm, my chips were stale, guacamole was turning brown and whole bay leaf was left in my burrito. The wait was very long and one of the employees had unpleasant attitude. I hope this location begins to listen to their customers soon.

The place is nice and clean but the workers need help with customer service... I received attitudes when asked what I want in my bowl. And when I asked for extra they looked at me like it was coming out of their pockets especially after I told them I dont mind paying for extra things.. They definitely need to be trained again...

The food here is not consistent at all. The rice is either hard and seasoned or soft and unseasoned. The employees are always friendly though. I live in McDonough and hate having to drive to Morrow for my Chipotle fix. Im writing this review because Im sitting here eating some hard rice and am not too happy about it.

This location is very inconsistent with food portions. One day I get a decent amount and the next day I get a skippy scope of chicken and rice. The person fixing peoples bowls was all over the place not paying attention to the customers orders. This place will frustrate you. Stay Away!

Chicken is always burned. There are a couple of nice employees but majority are RUDE beyond belief. They ran out of cheese once which is one of the most popular things to go onto a burrito. Its too far away to go to another location or I would gladly make the switch.

Wow. I LOVE Chipotle and i will NEVER return to this one. I was literally given half a scoop of chicken in my bowl, both times i went. The manager, BRIA I believe is her name, is the worst. Save yourself the disappointment and make the drive to Morrow.

What kind of Mexican burrito place doesnt have queso cheese? And they make you pay extra for chips? Burrito was bland as well. I dont know what the hype is about this place. Moes is 10x better. Free, unlimited chips, they have nachos and 10x the flavor

I love Chipotle!! It is my favorite place to eat. The food is always fresh, it has a good vibe and music, and the guacamole is wonderful!. Always clean, friendly counter service and a reasonable price for a lot of food.

Ive only been here once, and the place was super crowded because the lines were slow. The food wasnt that great either. I mean, it was edible, but it definitely didnt fit the price-point. Im sticking to Moes.

they are continuously out of SOMETGING....Service sucks...no sense of urgency... and depending on whos working the "meat" section the portion sizes are ridiculously tiny often times I just get double.
