I have eaten at this location on eight different occasions and EVERY TIME there is something wrong with my food. The rice is stale, the lettuce is brown as heck or the corn is frozen, yes, FROZEN. They clearly do not have to uphold the same standards as other chipotle restaurants and it sucks because I loved knowing there was a location in the ATL airport since I am here every other week. The employees always have a poor attitude also. Stay away, Atlanta Bread or any other dining would appreciate your business and you would actually have a better chance of getting what you ordered.

My experience here was excellent. Carnitas was delicious as always. Very fast and friendly service, much faster and better than usual for Chipotle. Prices seemed in line with other chains at ATL, youd surely save a few bucks if you ate at one of the many nearby Chipotle locations outside the airport, but thats not always possible. All the food I had was up to Chipotle standards. I would imagine, though, that in a place like this your mileage may vary quite a lot ...

Chipotle offers great food but its the customer service that makes the difference. Unnecesary attitudes and inconsistent treatment of customer. As blantant as those standing next to one another. As much as I love chipotle I will not return to this location. Patrons, you have options (even in the airport). Use them. You work hard for your money, dont accept less than adequate service.

Food was usual chipotle that I enjoy. Staff was rude. They were more worried about someone leaving than helping customers. When asked if they had any forks, they acted like it was a huge problem to give us any so we could eat our food. The whole experience was just bad and I would eat somewhere else when youre laid over in Atlanta. I was here approximately 8:45 on February 14, 2016.

I have been a Chipotle customer for over 10 years and this is by far the worst location. The customer service is bad (the staff is quite rude) and the food quality is inconsistent. Stopping by this morning I was told that they were not serving chicken or steak with no explanation. Corporate really needs to do something about this store, its hurting your brand.

I got a steal bowl, had to wait about 10 mins for the steak. The girl working at the time seemed so mad that she had to work today. It was written all over her face. I ordered chips with my order and they were salty as hell and some were stale. These chips should NOT be stale if you doing your job correct. They need some improvement, please

Typical Chipotle food, so it was what I expected, though the food was a little cold. The male employee that works here is rude as heck though, so that and food temperature = 3 star deduction. I am too tired from traveling to deal with attitudes. There are much better places to get a fast bite to eat between flights.

We all know Chipotle is awesome (pay extra for the guac- do it) but these five stars are for Mr. Randy Jackson in particular. He served me a fantastic burrito bowl today and was the most polite and courteous- even to the rude, impatient woman behind me in line. Appreciate you, sir.

Came here for a quick and healthy bite during my layover at Atlanta airport. The line could be more than ten people for such a small stand, so be prepared for a little extra time ordering, especially around noon coz airport staff seem to eat here too.

Hands down the worst Chipotle Ive ever had. I know its thanksgiving, and the end of the day, but still. I received a comically small burrito with brown guacamole and the corn salsa was just corn? Also, I was over-charged. So disappointed.

If you want to eat great tortilla and you are in rush its a place for you, its always crowded but magically line is shrinking fast thanks to hard working staff. I personally recommend bowl with beef and guacamole.

It has all the offerings of any other chipotle, including sofritas, which is great for vegans. However, it costs a bit more and the guac tasted a bit funny like it wasnt fresh.
