This is the worst Popeyes Ive ever eaten at. From my assessment from multiple visits is that youre only as good and caring as your leader . I must admit the manager of this location Im speaking of a middle aged African American woman with dread locks , beautiful woman yet Nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. So nasty to the point she discourages me to even visit my all time favorite chain. Ive spoken to her with kindness and also greater her with smiles all still resulting in a "bitchy" rude attitude. Its flat out sad and I pray she can correct her heart before she loses her job. Via a very close friend of a very important friend person of that privately owned location shes on thin ice and they are very aware of her terrible attitude and they have been sending misfortune shoppers purposely to her location.

Unfortunately, I have to be your first HATE IT review. I usually enjoy Popeyes most places that I go to BUT this time was the worst. My coworker ordered a Catfish poboy for me. The order came back to me as a catfish basket instead of a poboy. The cashier didnt have enough training to know that a fish on the #13 is a catfish poboy. He waited a long time for the right order. Hungry and happy when my food arrived! I took my first bite and was pleased. When I took my second bite, the filet was uncooked and cold. The worst experience and most disgusting meal Ive ever had.

Its not really the food thats the issue its the fact that every single time I go here my order is wrong. Everytime you order a Coke in the drive thru I promise you they will give you nasty un-sweet tea instead they did this 3 different times the last time I tasted the drink before I left and gave it back and the cashier got mad like it was my fault that they think Coke sounds like sweet tea or they have a Coke shortage so they give ppl tea instead and hope they dont notice the difference. Whatever you ask for just make sure you double check before you leave.

Me and my co workers decide that we want to eat popeyes today so we said that we want Chicken livers so I said Ill call in since its 3 orders I call and whoever answers the phone was very nasty said no Im not cooking no livers and hung up on me so my manger gets down there and had to wait an hour but another customer comes in and says hes here there to pick up a call in order that he made that wasnt fare cause if someone calls and they have a big order they should b e able to call it in I love Popeyes I just thought that was very mean how I was trested

GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL. So i weng to this location on a budy Firday night.(9/2/16) Upon arriving at the speaker box, I was cut off and very rudely rushed. When I got to the window, no hello or hi sir, just $5.35. After I am given my food, I find out ig wad the wrong order. Once i go inside, the female manager rudely rolls her eyes. Not even a sorry sir, just asks the employee upfront what was wrong. This location certainly doesnt represent the area of Roswell. Maybe on the west side of Atlanta or maybe in Decatur.

No one from management must read the reviews. They must dont realize that within the last 1-1/2 years this establishment has gone to sh**. Long wait for incorrect orders. Customer service is little to none. The fact I had to wait 10 minutes for shrimp is ridiculous and when I say something about it the response I receive is "we threw something extra in there for ya". Someone has got to get this place together.

I just wanted to take a moment and give credit where it is due. I went into the Popeyes in Roswell, was given a friendly greeting and prompt accurate service. My cashier (Rovena) went above and beyond in customer service as I was indecisive when I approached the register. The restaurant overall looked very clean and ran efficiently. Great job Popeyes in Roswell!!!!

I love Popeyes but this is not the best location Ive been to. I order and extra biscuit and nearly every time I get my order they forget the extra biscuit. Service is hit or miss with employees yelling at each other in the kitchen and ignoring customers. Fries are sometimes over cooked and dry. Spicy tenders and biscuits are on point though.

Always had a good experience at this and the Alpharetta location. Great Food and Service!! Saw the other reviews and thought Id throw in my 2 cents.. ur always gonna have people that complain, but for a fast food restaurant they do an excellent job!! (I get better and faster service here than I do at my bank down the block lol)

Food is very good. Service at this location is awful generally. Today was pretty good. Often times they dont have enough food cooked and one has to wait as much as 15 minutes or more to get your order filled. The only thing I can figure out is that they are very poor at anticipating larger crowds for lunch.

Been here maybe 5 times since moving to the area. I never get the honey I ask for. Only had to wait about 10-15 mins, once at the drive thru while they made french fries. The lemonade always taste like water but I dont drink it anyways. Overall not to bad but the one in Austell, wayyyy better!

I got very sick after eating here. Guessing the chicken was undercooked, or old, not sure what happened. It tasted a little funny. Later that evening I was throwing up and on the throne for hours. Its day 5 now, and Im still pretty nauseated and writing this from the restroom.

The staff is rude....Every time I get the 3 piece tender box the chicken is always hard and dried out....old!!! Every once in awhile everything is good and fresh, but lately the chicken is not edible...it costs too much to get old, nasty chicken!!! wont be going back.

Just got the three wing combo and I couldnt even eat it. Wings wrte tiny cold and tough. She must have given me three of the worse wings on the pile. I usually have a good experience a popeyes. I would have taken it back if I werent at work when I stopped by.

After reading the ratings I was very skeptical about visiting this location. However upon entering I was greeted with smiles and hellos, my order was taken, and I was out the door in a matter of mins. The food was hot and delicious. Give this location a try

Went with my family and we had a pleasant experience. The chicken was fresh and the shrimp po boy was the best ive had outside of new orleans. They have renovated since I last visited, and the atmosphere really was a lot more inviting. Well be back soon.

The food is awesome but I had to reduce by one star because they seem to get overwhelmed most times that Ive been so wait times can be 15+ minutes. Theyre next to a Krispy Kreme so its bad for the waistline but oh so good.
