The menu here is TERRIBLE. The selection is virtually non-existent. Its basically akin to going to your local Publix deli section... which is fine if youre on your way home after work, but not so much if youre at a restaurant. Our server, Lamar, was ABYSMAL! I tasted a bite of my disgusting food, and pushed it to the middle of the table. He didnt bother to offer to bring out replacement food. Instead, he just said, "youre not eating your food", and walked off. When it came time to pay, I crossed off the gratuity they included on the check, and wrote in the dollar amount for the food (that I did not eat). Lamar took exception to that, and told me I was required to pay him his gratuity regardless of how I felt about the service. I replied by telling him the food was horrendous, to which he responded, "what does that have to do with me? I only make $2.13/hr. My money comes from gratuity." I was flabbergasted by his flippant response and complete disregard for any semblance of customer service. At that point I requested to speak with the manager, because due to his cavalier and disrespectful attitude, I was no longer willing to pay for the food since it wasnt eaten. Long story short, the manager offered to bring me a replacement meal, but at this point wed been there for over an hour and a half, and my family was ready to leave. Instead, the manager agreed to refund my money, and this horrible dining experience was finally over. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The selection sucks, the food sucks, and the service sucks. Youre better off stopping by your local grocery store deli. After all, its basically the same food.

I can only speak for their take out. Staff was very friendly every time and super organized. I enjoyed their chicken rice soup, Cesar salad, broccoli (which was perfectly lightly steamed and no butter/seasoning, which I prefer), the ribs and meatloaf were cooked well and had good flavor. The only thing that was recommended to me that I did not enjoy was the broccoli/cauliflower caserole which was drowned in too much cheese for my taste and covered the b/c flavor. But the food was good and the take out food was super fast (I didnt even bother calling it in and simply ordered at counter). Will def return when I can.

I wouldnt call this place BBQ as much as Id call it country cooking soul food. Youll see meatloaf, rotisserie chicken, and awesome vegetable sides. A sweet tea and complimentary bread makes this place feel like a slice of the south. Conveniently located in a small shopping center off Lenox RD, there is ample parking and a friendly staff. I have never been disappointed in the quality of food or service here. I highly recommend this restaraunt if youre looking for moms cooking. Closest thing Ive come to my moms cooking for sure!

Okay, I have to admit that the reason I decided to check out Roasters was due to their logo...the chicken made me laugh (dont judge me). The food made me smile too. I enjoyed their signature rotisserie chicken (low-carb, at that). The creamed spinach is awesome. And Im a baked bean fanatic, and Roasters offers a very tasty version that included red beans. The cornbread muffins that are served while you wait for your entree are yummy. And the prices are reasonable. This is a great option for southern cuisine.

The food is great. But the staff is the best. Every time I go, I have the friendliest experience with them. From the looks of it, management is very respectful and cultivates a nice atmosphere. Of course I just caught a glimpse, but I appreciated what I saw. Hard to find genuinely good people like that nowadays. Plus, a great diversity all around that come together to make great food. And the rolls and cornbread are a nice, free touch :) :) :)

I went to get my phone fixed at "UBREAKIFIX". This was going to take one hour so in the mean time I decided to roam the plaza for some food..... THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE BECAUSE I RAN INTO THE BEST GEM IN ATLANTA!!!! THIS PLACE WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EVEN BETTER! THE PRICES CANNOT BE BEAT! I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK EVERYONE SHOLD EAT HERE AT LEAST ONCE lol

The ambiance is worn (a bench almost collapsed on us) and in general the space feels like it could use a Silkwood hose down. That said, Roasters was doing rotisserie before it became a fad in the late 80s and they continue to do it right. Moist meat, crispy skin, and delicious sides. The prices are also reasonable, making it a great option for nights you dont want to cook. #Atlanta #RotisserieChicken #Cluck

Always a pleasure to dine here. Staff is fantastic, food is consistently delicious . . .and affordable. A fantastic place for lunch or dinner, pick-up or dine in. I love to sit at the bar and talk to Pedro, who is attentive, charming and professional! I highly recommend a visit.

Good lunch place. They have a number of side items to choose from. I really like the Roasters Rotisserie Chicken Salad and my co-workers, all guys, choose the combo plate. Parking can be a problem sometimes so if you come try carpooling with others from your office.

Roasters cant be beat! Weve been eating here for at least 15 or 20 years. The food is consistently great no matter what you order and the people are like our best friends. The place is Known for its chicken fingers, BBQ ribs, 20 or 30 vegetables, and so much more.

I was starving after work & in traffic, so I decided to go by. The staff was extremely polite, but the food wasnt great at all...chicken was tough, not done throughout, and side items (I had the broccoli casserole & cucumber salad) were underwhelming. Meh.

I have eaten at Alpharetta for years and just cannot go justify going back. The last 4 visits were sub-par at best. It longer reminds me of Moms cooking, just unflavorable, basic grubb. Too many other choices to justify this experience anymore...sorry.

Everything about experience 5 stars. Went and asked if I could get in/out in 20 mins because of work schedule. They said yes, and I was. Food was delicious and large portions for price. Whoever is running this place is doing it right.

Very good food. The food is so good that I wont even deduct a star for the not so great parking. The barbeque sauce may just about cause incontinence, but it is so good, Id gladly continue eating it all the way to my dying breath.

Ive been here a dozen times. Service is great! Dine in or pick up. All of the staff members are awesome. Food is delicious! Diversity is also another reason to go. Just because its Buckhead... its not a snooty place. You must go!

Food & service was okay. They automatically add a tip to parties of six or more. I dislike that practice. Everyone around me seem to think the food was very good but it tasted average to me. Kind of bland. A little over priced.

This place was delicious and had great service. My boyfriend and I had 30 mins to eat lunch and we were done in 25 minutes. They had a large menu with many different options. I will definitely be going back there.
