If I could give a 0 star I would! The service was bad, but for me the food is the important part. Well they messed that one up BAD! I ordered a margarita pizza and it came soggy and soaked in oil. I picked a slice and the slice literally fell apart because of how wet it was. I told my server and showed her how soggy and wet the plate was. Her excuse was "normally vege pizza come soggy, because it doesnt have the sauce underneath" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I live in New York and margarita pizza never came WET. My server asked if I wanted the kitchen to make another one but because of her previously given reason it will probably be the same. So I said no. And she came back with my check. FULL CHARGE. I barely took a bite and I paid 13 dollars for the "pizza" Run for the hills. Dont go there!

Horrendous. I order gnocchi with meatballs. Some gnocchi hard, some soft. Meatballs had off taste, as if meat mixture was old. Told waitress that food wasnt good; she talked to chef who told her the gnocchi come out that way from the microwave. What?! I told her gnocchi should be boiled; she replied "he" (cook) doesnt boil them because they get mushy. Husbands spaghetti with meat sauce was not good; sauce very dark red, thick like it had been sitting around. And this was 4:30 in the afternoon. Never going back.

We just stumbled upon Forno, and were so glad we did. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and it was delicious. Im not much of a thin crust person, but the thin crust on this pizza was light and crisp, not chewy at all, which is usually my issue with other thin crusts. While it wasnt very busy, service was a bit slow, thus the 4 stars, but overall, a lovely experience.

Food is decent but service is awful. Its like having customers is a burden and they have to work. I seen 3 different families sit at a table and each time they waited 20 min and got tired of waiting and left. I had to get up and refill my own drinks. Very disorganized. Couple need training and others need fired.

We dine here often because we find the food and service excellent...their specials are really good...they are always so accomodating to change a dish slightly to please and provide whole wheat pasta...... really nice people with good food at fair prices judge for yourself

Pizza was good. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. The eggplant dish had the worst pasta sauce ever tasted. The gnocci was like lumps of old mashed potatoes. The calamari reminded me of onion rings fried in fish cooking oil.

Simply the BEST hand-tossed pizza Ive ever had! And, dont forget to try the bruschetta, you wont be disappointed. We bring all of our visiting friends and family here, and they agree! This is Big Canoes best kept secret!
