Very very disappointed in this location. Have been to many locations around the tristate area and by far this is the worst. Ordered my usual of nachos with Gold star chili and a small sweet tea. Ordered a friend a double bacon with fries. Got to The window they did not get the fries. Then handed me an itty bitty coffee cup with unsweet tea. Which I did not know till I got back to my desk. When I opened the nachos (in the smallest box i ever recd from any Gold Star) their were tiny pieces of chips very little chili. Smallest portions ever, didnt even cover the bottom of the tiny container. For as much as I was charged a full scoop of chili would have been nice. Tried to call the location 3 times to express my displeasure and no one ever answered adding to my frustration. Poor represention of the GOLD STAR name.

Been to way better and been to way worse. Very clean. Service was mediocre. Food was just ok. I guess when i ordered grilled chicken my expectation was that it would be grilled not microwaved and i dont like getting my salad dressing from a plastic bag while dinning in a restaurant. I prefer gold star over the other one just didnt have a memorable experience at this one.

Went through drive thru got a kids meal. Got home no cookies and the put the real hot fries in with the Cooneyand the were completely melted into tbe Styrofoam. Gross! Also hardley any chili or cheses. Tried to call just rongs and rings.
