I have never had a truly bad experience with our Marble Hill Huddle House , its not always perfect but the food is the usual diner fare and the servers as well as the owner are simple country folk. I have always been greeted with a smile and if sometimes the waitress makes a mistake well surprise she is human... I have lived approx. 5 miles from HH for 7+ years and it is my go to place about 6 or 7 times per year when I dont want to cook and just want a simple meal.. HH doesnt try to pretend to be a five star place to dine but rather a quick stop diner where you get simple food with friendly service...

I have a lot of words to describe this location but none of them have something good for it. Waitresses dont have no education whats so ever. I really wish they had a sign on the entrance door that says. No other cultures allowed in this establishement. Somebody please talk to this people and let them know there is more cultures outside America and have better principals. Thank you. Did not leave a tip because they did not earn it. And than they realized we spoke english, they change the way they were serving us. Jajaja what a joke.

I understand when an establishment has a shortage of employees; walk-outs, call-ins, people who cant cover. But when you have a trainee on the grill for cook and two waitresses is unprofessional and unproductive. We walked in at 8:42 pm and it was over an hour before they even started cooking our food, not to mention got the order all wrong, had to continually ask waitress for condiments, tea, coffee. At the very least, the manager should have been there. Very disappointed.

Our second home!!!! We love it the staff make you feel like your at home. Shelia, Staisha, Jessica, Christi, the great waiters and Vanessa the fab cook then Sean the manager that plays the best music!! Not only do you feel like a MVP.. You can also order it!!!!

The food here was absolutely excellent. Service was great. I just couldnt give 5 stars because everything was dirty. Had to wipe the table myself when I sat, had to ask for a clean cup and clean silverware.

Servers and cooks are great, I recommend sitting on a stool for a friendly conversation now and then with the people making your food. Eggs are great and so is the sausage, hash browns could be better

They were very patient with my son with autism and brought his food out first. Everything else we ate was prepared quickly. Quality was top notch. This is a well-run huddle house
