The most important thing in any restaurant is the food and Centrales food is delicious. I personally recommend Chicken Diavolo pizza, the hot sauce is very tasty and spicy! The brunch menu also offers some delicious items! Service is exceptionally good as well! However, Centrale lacks some nice interior design and thats the only reason I dont give it 5 stars. Tried to look Italian but it looks like a renovated post-communist restaurant. White color with cheap orange lights, red sofa chairs just dont look good all together haha ;) I think you should really invest in a trip to Europe to see how real Italian restaurant design is made and apply it to Centrale and make it even better!

After a few great experiences of eating at Centrale we decided to have a brunch there to celebrate our daughters first birthday with guests from out of town. We went through the Book An Event link on their site and were quickly emailed back by Lauren. She could not have been more friendly and accommodating when setting up our reservation. When the day came we were quickly sat on the patio at a great table viewing the acoustic band playing outside. The service was excellent and every single person enjoyed their meal. The food is so good it speaks for itself but their hospitality is unmatched. Highly recommend.

Our family traveled from Miami and Tallahassee on New Years Eve. Must say service is A1, but we were starving and looking forward to a real Italian experience. Before anything, very hospitable service and truly quality waiters. If your coming here with an appetite....DONT. Menu is very limited, I have never heard of an Italian Resturant who does not serve Fettucini Alfredo or lasagna...I mean really? Come on, truly not impressed. Food was good, tried several different dishes. They must improve menu & quantity served.

Very long wait time with a nearly empty restaurant. 3 orders: One French toast under-cooked, the other was rock hard and overcooked, and the other meal had the wrong type of meat. But they made it right by taking the order back and bringing us new dishes. Mistakes happen and they didnt hesitate to fix them Edit: They brought me the chicken parm sandwich and it was phenomenal!

We enjoyed the food (chicken Parmesan and shrimp & pesto pasta dish) and the service was good. The restaurant is superbly styled - very different than the usual ambience in most Tallahassee dining, but in a refreshing way. I suppose my only complaint is that they turned the music up halfway through our dinner and it was difficult to talk. Other than that, we loved it!

We went on a slow night and sat at the bar outside. We had great service. I had a salad pizza and it was really good, I was pretty shocked by how much I enjoyed it. They also do a special if you buy a pizza pie, you get half off a bottle of house wine so we ended up splitting a bottle of wine and each enjoying our specialty pizzas. It was a great night.

We were quickly seated on the nice outdoor patio. Staff was exceptionally friendly. A great atmosphere and the food was excellent. We ordered one of the large pizzas and a pitcher of a local beer which we got for half price with the pizza order. Centrale has some of the best pizza you can find in Tallahassee. This place is definitely worth a look.

I had no idea this place existed. A man walked into a bar with a box of Pepperoni pizza fron Centrale (Side note I hate Pepperoni pizza)he offered me a slice and I accepted. Seriously one of the best slices of pizza Ive ever had, I will be dinning here in the future!

Beautiful ambience. Had a glass of wine on tap. Shared a mouthwatering chickpea French fry paired with unusual but tasty dipping sauce. Staff was warm and service was quick.

Absolutely delicious! So glad this replaced MODA. The cheese boards are well prepared and the wine selection is very good. A board and a pizza are perfect for a date night!

Be prepared to be nickel and dimed. Want pasta with the chicken parmesan? That will be extra. Want bread? That will cost ya. Automatic 20% gratuity for not great service.
