Just tried to order a DQ cake from the Jefferson location for Rachels bday and asked about pricing. Was told there is a log cake option for $17.99 that feeds 8. I asked the girl on the phone to please check and see if there were any in stock. She checked they dont have any in stock, but do have the $21.99 round cake that feeds 8-10 people. I asked if she could give me the round cake for the log price since they are out of the log cake, she said no. I then asked if I could get a coupon or a deal for the round cake, she said no. I ended the call. Called back and asked to speak to the manager. Hannah said she IS the manager. I asked her again about there being NO possibility of her giving me any sort of discount on the round cake since there is no log cake in stock, she said she cant authorize that, only her boss can. I asked her if she could call her boss. "No, hes on vacation." Well, hope he enjoys his vacation because I will not be buying much of anything from them anymore after that kind of service!!! One of the worst DQ. We went in on a Tuesday it was very busy. Teenagers everywhere (they where not the bad part). We ordered our dinner while waiting the manager---Hannah was letting the guest go to the walkway and stand in the way to wait in their icecream/food. We waited 10mins for our food and as I could see it was being put on the counter. I walked up to get my food and the manager then took my food walked by me and in a rude manner this is your food. Put my food on my tray and then walked off. The trash outside was over flowing and the wet floor sign was laying in the middle of the floor. Workers/Manager walked by it 5x and never picked it up. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT/OWNER!!!!

I ordered a large dipped cone and I got a large cone with small ice cream. The girl brought it to me and I said I ordered a large and she said this is a large.... In what universe is this a large? The cone is bigger than the ice cream! I said that is f***ing stupid to which she replied I know, right. Are you kidding me? You made the thing, go make what I ordered! An actual LARGE ONE! At almost five dollars, I want to be getting what I paid for not getting gypped. Will not be going back there

Was in the middle of driving a large moving truck from FL to NC and found this DQ on the way. It was some of the best Dairy Queen Id had in a VERY long time and the Blizzard was definitely the best Id ever had and didnt only have the cookie dough/candy/peanut butter (or whatever) just sitting on the top. Definitely will go back next time I head through the area. (The service from the employees in general was fantastic as well)
