bottom under the cheese.. I said Brittney I promise that is there not only no pepperonis on bottom it dosent have extra sauce as I requested(the original reason for my phone call).. Brittney continued to call me a liar indirectly & I said Brittney you have been snide & belittling to me & I am sure not only wouldnt the Store Manger not be o.k. neither would your DO or the owner. Brittney goes on to say well you just got those pizzas for free.. I then say Brittney you have not done me a favor by attempting to correct to previous mistake where I was in your location for 2 hours & 3 pizzas later on my last visit & they were still wrong that is why I have a credit on today.. Brittney goes on to say that I didnt make your pizza last time.. At this point I am still trying to get her to come & pick the pizzas up so that she could see for herself that they are not correct(probably because it didnt seem if she was even sure of the correct portions from the beginning).. Nevertheless Brittney opted not to anything & I could call the store manager in the morning if I would like(which I will do).. I thought there has got to be someone I can speak to so I called one of the sister locations(Winder) & asked to speak to the assistant Manager & Courtney came to the phone(hello, hello, hello).. I said hello w/ whom I speaking to Courtney(very dry). I thought just maybe she can point me in the right direction so I explained to Courtney that I had a bad experience @ the Jefferson location & is there a number I can call.. Courtney immediately became defensive I cant give you anyones personal # & our Area Direct want be back from vacation until next week.. So I asked is the a customer complaint # number & Courtney says no I told you I cant give you anyones personal number(clearly this is not what I asked her).. So I say if you have a issue in the store what do you do she said you can call the GM in the morning.. I say but you are the Assistant so what do you do if it happens on your shift do you not have a customer care #.. Courtney become aggressive & defensive & exclaimed no there is not a number in this store that # is not in this store & I cant give you anyones number have a nice night & hung up.. What is happening in the industry..Pizza Hut had always been my favorite:-(..

I ordered some breadsticks from there about a week ago, and I was shocked and disgusted to open the marinara sauce and it was old. I mean that sauce was so old that it had mold on it, and a foul smell coming from the container. I called about the old sauce and the woman had the audacity to lie to me and say that they make their sauce fresh daily, but there is no way that can be possible with how old and foul that sauce was. I took the sauce back to the Pizza Hut and showed her how bad that sauce was, and all she could say was that she didnt know how that couldve happened. I will NEVER EVER go back to that Pizza Hut. Ill drive all the to commerce before I step foot back in that Pizza Hut.

Now I see why people use Papa Johns instead of Pizza Hut. The kid who answered the phone had no idea what to say or do, kept getting put on hold for 5 minutes at a time twice so she could ask the manager. The manager got on the phone and was totally rude and obnoxious. This was the 3rd time they have left items off my order although I was charged for them. At least the delivery people are nice, polite, and cared about their jobs. He went back and got the rest of my order and came back with it. Pizza Hut needs to promote the delivery drivers and get rid of the people who do not want to work and do not speak to customers properly.

I love this location! The team is always trying to keep the customers happy. I have ordered from this location multiple times and Ive never been displeased. I recall a time when one of my pizzas wasnt correct but the manager (Brittany) was quick to offer a re-make which I glad accepted. She was so kind and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Ive also had the pleasure of speaking with one of the cooks who is very kind. The team here is exceptional! I would recommend this location to anyone wanting pizza!

Whenever I call either get a friendly voice or a recording apologizing for the wait and asking me to hold on. My family is allergic to tomatoes and they offer a delicious white sause as a substitute for our pizza and we never go anywhere else. The wings are always fresh and hot and the selection of sauces and dry rubs are great.

Horrible i order light sauce pizza and even talked to theu guy abt it he said it should be loght sauce its on the ticket that way to call if any problems..... well ot was loaded down with sauce at tried to call from 9:30 up until 10:05 and no answer
