Ive only ordered pickup, Ive never dined in. But the dining area, as well as the rest of the restaurant, has always been very clean. While waiting for my order, Ive always seen a friendly and efficient staff. Ordering from their website is also very efficient and it provides many options for customizing your order. Despite sometimes placing very large, complicated orders, they have yet to make a mistake. Its the best online ordering experience Ive had, and Ive used around 15 others. The wings, drums and flats, are very good and seem to be high grade with little fat. Id classify them as medium sized, not tiny, but not overly or unnaturally large. The meat is flavorful and not overly greasy. I order mine "well done" or "crispy" and they consistently get that nearly perfect. The sauces, while generic, are all generally good and they use just the right amount of sauce, Id say just shy of "wet". I enjoy spicy food but Im not a daredevil, so I can tolerate the "Atomic" flavor, but it is hot enough to make me sweat, activate my sinuses and after three or four the "heat" does overpower the flavor. The "Cajun" flavor is my favorite. It has a little heat, but it doesnt overpower the flavor, which I find quite good. The only side item Ive tried is the french fries. I judge fries based upon how closely they approximate "homemade" and these come pretty close and they are very good. There are a number of fry seasonings available as well as several "crispiness" options. Ive been told the other side items are also quite good. Prices are reasonable, not cheap, but about what Id expect. All in all, a much better than average wing place that I will continue to frequent.

The cashier, Princess, was rude the moment we walked in the door. As we decided what flavor we wanted for our wings she proceeded to sigh and groan as if we were being a huge inconvenience. I had asked for bluecheese to go with my wings. When our food was ready she proceeded to shove it at me over the counter. Instead of bluecheese I had been handed ranch. I took it back and asked for the proper dip. She was sitting on her phone on the bench behind me and was rude about my request for the right dip. I was once again handed ranch, and as I was on break from work to get this food, I had to send a friend the second time, to get the proper dip. When she returned, she informed me that Princess had started talking rudely about me. She had also grabbed the dip from my friend and proceeded to open and sniff it. I dont know where the heck she got her training, but at a proper food place she would have been fired for doing so. You do not open then proceed to stick your nose in something that you expect the customer to consume. These owners really need to check their employees and fix this. Rude ass people who make you feel like a problem from the get go.

When my wife and I walked in, a customer that appeared to be upset was just leaving with his food. I gave the cashier, Princess, a moment to regroup before I approached the counter to place our order. As I approached the counter Princess had her finger in her mouth digging in her teeth. I asked her how she was doing and she did not respond back. My wife then proceeded to ask her the same thing and she responded to her. So I let my wife make the order as I could tell Princess did not want to talk to me. She ordered the 10 classic garlic parmesan wings combo for herself and the 8 boneless plain wings combo for me and let her know it was for dine in. When we received our order, it was in a bag with to go containers. My wifes wings were extremely soggy and had way to much garlic parmesan on them, and I received 8 classic plain wings instead of the 8 boneless wings. I looked at the receipt and it said 8 classic wings so I did not bother to take it back. The atmosphere of the place was not very welcoming and the staff was acting very unprofessional the entire time.

I gave them 2 stars because I ordered my food online and it was ready promptly at my arrival. The food was mediocre at best. It was cold when I got it. my fries were soggy! And taste sweet as if they seasoned them with sugar. I ordered classic Wings half hot half lemon pepper. The hot taste like they had taken hot Wings out of a Tyson bag and baked them. My lemon pepper werent bad though. It may have been because I order my meal during lunch so it could have been sitting for a while, but I was just not pleased. I went to the Fayetteville ga location

They need to work on their customer service. This young lady did not greet us. She opened her sentence by asking the name for our order. There were four employees walking around either smoking or eating and the young lady at the service desk in the photo just stood there on her phone. Im not sure if they were on break or on the clock because they all still had on uniform. I guess there was no manager on duty. Smh

I only just found Wingstop and ever since, Ive tried 5 flavors and the wings bone in are meaty, flavors are yummy. The staff, upon first visit, was a little shaky but I feel like they deal w a lot of different people so maybe not as polite, but as long as the wings are tasty I plan on coming here often. Their wings are delicious and they have a bunch of ways to get em. My only wish is delivery ;)

I ordered "On-line" and was glad that I did! The ordering in the restaurant had at least 15-20 min. wait. The wings are the perfect size and were cooked perfectly, but there was NO SALT OR SEASONING ADDED to the wings! Even with the delicious sauces they had no taste! That was a huge disappointment. But overall, it was palatable. I hope that they will soon realize a pinch of salt goes a long way!

I dont understand why you have 5-8 employees on a shift and no one answers the phone, I drove from College Park/Riverdale and still no answer, and called eight times by the way. When I got there I was greeted and asked the cashier if they had more than one line, because I had been calling, her response was to be honest I dont know where the phone is, I was like wooooow ok. Smh

I ordered wings on the phone, the person didnt seem to pay attention, i got charged for way more than what i ordered, terrible customer service, they ask me to drive all the way back which would be about 45mins before the would fix my order, they just want to rush people in and out of the store. I not ordering from the fayetteville, ga location again.

Super yummy wings! Service can be a little slow but Ill attribute that to it being lunch time every time Ive gone. I always call ahead, and my food is always ready when they say. Always super hot and correctly made the way I ordered it. To me these wings are the best in town, plump, juicy and super moist. Great consistency as well!
