This wing factory is not good at all. We asked for our wing to be fried hard the lady placing the order asked if we wanted them extra crispy or extra extra crispy. We didnt want them burnt so we said extra crispy. When we got our order it was regular soft fried wings. The flavor was not there as well. My husband ordered a fried cheesecake, which came with ice cream, they gave us the cheesecake but no ice cream. When i asked about the ice cream the waitress said she didnt giveit to us because our order was to go but she charged us for it. We are from out of town and we visited the Wing Factory in Dunwoody the day before which was EXCELLENT. On our next trip were going back to the Wing Factory on Dunwoody. If Im gonna spend 53 in a wing joint I want to enjoy my wings.

Twice I went to this Wing Factory location and twice I was disappointed. The wait staff could seemingly care less that youre a customer there. To-go orders are even worse in getting some attention. Dropped fifty bucks on a to-go order for me and some friends and it was terrible - everything was cold, positively soaked in cold grease, wings werent cooked well at all and tasted more like they were baked at a cheap pizza joint. Even the cheesesticks we ordered looked and tasted like they were fried the day before. I would not recommend this location to anyone who likes wings or other Wing Factory locations, this particular location is far below par and I havent even touched on how dirty and dingy the place is, mostly because the food is enough to stay away entirely.

The food was hit or miss, they have OK customer service....... I ordered food about 2 weeks ago, and had to cancel my order because it took forever, and didnt give any communication as to when the food would be delivered and they had problems getting the order out, so I cancelled it. I asked for a refund and it was never processed. I ordered my food at least two weeks ago, and still no refund!!! The managers dont care if you order frequently, or dont order again, they just want you off the phone. If ordering, go in because delivery is a no go. I will never order there again, and i will tell all the people I know who order their frequently not to order again.

I was a huge fan of this place until my most recent visit on trivia night. It took them around an hour and half to bring out our food and our food was cold. The server was apparently making drinks, serving the tables, and making the food. They were incredibly understaffed and need new management in my opinion because a restaurant like this should never be understaffed to that level. I do not know if I will be back and its ashame because this once was one of my favorite wing spots but poor management ruined it

So my first experience with them has been really bad. I had wings delivered to me, I paid with my visa, the amount cleared my account just fine, then two days later I see a different amount pending on my account. So for ten days now it has been pending and Wing Factory keeps telling me that they do not see that hold in their computers. I finally had my bank force remove the hold. So Wing Factory owned $19.67 of my money for ten days. I will not use them again.

At first glance this looks like your avg typical sports bar. Lots of TVs and memorabilia on the walls. But this place is super clean and the food isnt your average bar food. Yes the choices are all there, wings, burgers, wraps, etc..but they are actually really good versions of all those things. I go here at least once a week and havent been disappointed yet. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to catch a game or just some good food and a beer.

Wasnt impressed. Spent $30 on delivery of 18 wings and a side of tots. They didnt split my wing favors like i requested and paid for. Tots were soggy and greasy. Wings were nice and crispy, size was inconsistent though. In my opinion not worth almost $1 per wing. Ordered and paid for extra ranch, did not get it. For the price I will probably try somewhere else next time, overall my experience was pretty mediocre and slightly expensive.

The food is Great. My only problem is the delivery time... like now its after 2:00pm and my order still hasnt arrived it was scheduled to be delivered at 1:25pm. This has happened to me on two other occasions. This will be my last time ordering from Wing Factory Chamblee. :( very sad since I love there wings and lemon pepper tots. EDIT: 2:26pm still havent received my order. ORDER TAKE OUT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Canceling order now.

Then food is great along with the service. It is a cool happy hour bar crowd and at the same time it is safe for kids. I go especially on Friday after work as the bartender Ami is so cheerful and if I had a rough week she cheers me up right away.. The rest of the staff is always so nice and polite and efficient no matter if I stop for lunch or just come in for a beer. The honey BBQ wings are fantastic!!!! Kelly

PETER WAS HORRIBLE!!! HE HAD AN ATTITUDE LIKE HE DID NOT WANT TO SERVE ME OR ANYONE ELSE. THE TABLE BEHIND ME EVEN TALKED TO THE MANAGER ABOUT HIM BUT HE DID NOT TO DO ANYTHING. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD SAVE THE TRIP & DRIVE FIVE MORE MINUTES TO THE WING FACTORY DOWN THE STREET! PETER IS THE WORSE SERVER I HAVE EVER HAD && WOULDNT WANT ANYONE TO GET TREATED HOW I DID!!! They have cheap beer and reasonably priced foods. Free trivia and bingo nights on certain days of the week too. Wings are so so, with too much focus on sauce variety over actual flavor. Boneless wings are odd looking. Everyones nice here and they arent usually that busy so its a great place to stop in for a beer or 3 when you wanna be low key.

Food is great but service is terrible! Overheard a server complaining about the $9 dollar tip we left on $49. This server was lucky to even receive $9! He seem inconvenient to wait on us and do the job he seemed. I waited table for 10 Years. Very disappointing. We will take our business to the Dunwoody location from now on. Wheres the manager?

Normally great food and wonderful to have in Brookhaven...but the website doesnt work for online orders so you have to call, they said it was a corporate issue and nothing they could fix locally. And I just called tonight to order (which Ive done many times before) and they said "you address is not out of radius tonight"

I ordered food from here today 10/20/16- it was a delivery order to my job. They took an hour and twenty minutes for a 2 four piece wings and fries. Then when I got the chicken my wings were not cook all the way through. I will try to post pictures. Ive called over 15 times and their number is not working. NEVER AGAIN

I really wanted to like this place... but the three times I have gone here, or picked up carry out from it I have been mostly disappointed. Each time one or two dishes were great, and everything else was mediocre or just bad. And honestly, Pig n Chick is just a couple doors down and is so much better.
