I will never go to this place again!! Customer service was horrible and the food isnt even all that great. I ordered there last night and the food was decent but since it was a little late I figured I would give them another shot today during decent business hours. The manager (guy with the middle eastern accent) was very rude from the moment he answered the phone, he wasnt understanding at all and was trying to give me ultimatums because of his horrible customer service, when I asked to speak with someone else he refused which infuriated me even more. Whoever is the owner of this establishment, hopefully not him, needs to terminate him ASAP. Ive been a manager a RaceTrac for 4 years and never had and never will have a guest complaint or act in the manner the same way that gentlemen did. He is an embarrassment to this establishment I feel for the owner because the owner could be profiting even more but I guarantee you if the customer service was better, there would be a difference.

I advise you to not go to this place... my neighbor and her family has been going to this place for years and my neighbor was over at our house so we decided to call in a order of wings, we had 2 separate orders so it took a little bit to get the order in. My neighbor paid with a debit card while I was gonna pay with cash I asked the manager nicely how long will it take before we get the delivery, he said an hour and then said "it took you 15 minutes to order" with and attitude, which did not take about 3-5 mins at the most and hung up.. so my husband called and cancelled the order because we dont spend money somewhere where we are not wanted.. if you want good food and wings and good service go to Wings 101!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

This food is horrible. I looked on the web at the menu and ordered wings and a salad. The guy who took my order said I couldnt do that and told me I had to get fries when it clearly says I could get fries or salad. He said ok I will give you a salad. And when I got my order of course I had fries, which were old and cold. My wings looked as if they were not fresh or overcooked. I also ordered shrimp fried rice that was sub-standard. It was a different kind of rice ~ not the normal rice used for shrimp fried rice and it tasted funny...and in all my years of getting fried rice, NEVER EVER EVER have I had the shrimp with the shell still on it. TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the service and the food.

HORRIBLE experience!!!!! Will never order from this place again!! First time order came it was completely wrong item, second time my chicken philly came without chesse when I only wanted it to have chicken and cheese. When I called back the owner was VERY rude. He went so far as to tell me he had been there 25 years and he hoped I didnt think just by me never ordering again it would effect his business. I was caught completely off guard, could not believe a business owner would talk to a customer like that. Oh well, can mark them off my list of places to order lunch from.

This place is horrible the man attitude is horrible he got mad because he got my order wrong n started yelling n arguing with me because he said I didnt say on want fries n I did n my mom was my witness that I did n we said forget it n left n the way out he started following us saying he not a slave with nobody ever said & he gets mad if you trying to make sure he got your order right on the phone

After telling them I dont like buffalo sauce, I asked for a flavor recommendation. I went with Hot Garlic because the person that was helping us said it was his favorite. Turns out, hot garlic is just wings tossed in hot buffalo sauce and rolled in canned minced garlic. Gross. My wife commented that her wings were crunchy, dry, and tasteless.

Food is good but there price on this site does not match there price is much higher so they need to correct there pricing on there advertising site! If that was not a problem i would give one more star and there minimum delivery fee is $15 if it was $12 or $10 i would give one more star

Entire order was wrong. When we called to let them know the owner argued with us, called us liars and could not comprehend our order. Horrible customer service!!! The worst ever....ESPECIALLY if your the owner shame on you! Also it took them 2 hours to deliver!!

I called 950pm on Saturday to place an order to pick up. Man answered and said "Hi yes we are closed". I asked him what time do they close and he says 1030pm. He said we close early because we had no customers. And hung up the phone.!! Rude! Unprofessional!!!

The food is just OK , plus they continue to go up on the price and with the wings you dont get any celery,carrots or drink ..... Compared to the other wing places in the area. If you want good wings and your money worth visit ( Wing &Fish)
