Worst dining experience ever, if you can even call it that since I never got to order. Took 10 minutes just to get a drink. After another 30 minutes didnt even have a menu yet, but there were people who showed up 20-30 minutes after my friend and I already ordering. Saw one waitress standing talking for 5 minutes to people who had already paid their bill and were getting up to leave. Did not see anybody who looked like a manager at all, which would explain why there seemed to be no managing going on. Having worked in the industry before, Im not sure how this could be deemed acceptable. Dont think Ill be returning any time soon.

If you like waiting for everything when you go out to eat, this is the place for you! Waited 15 minutes before our order was taken, waited an hour for our food after ordering, waited 20 minutes for check after we were done eating. Here is the kicker...they were not busy. I could count on one hand how many tables were full. And I have never been impressed with BWWs food, we went there for my daughters birthday.

We had poor service when we visited. It was national wing day and there seemed to be an extreme shortage on staff available to assist us. It took 30 minutes to order drinks, at least another 15-20 to order food and once our food was ready 45 minutes later it was cold. I have had better experiences at this place but it will be quite some time until I visit again

Two sandwiches were incorrect and had to be sent back several times. Fries and wings cold, sauces for wings wrong. Waitress was very nice and fixed the items as we told her. Will not be eating here again.

The cheese was delicious! Staff very friendly. Sports on TV, watched Bird and the Celtics...might have been a rerun. Very disappointed that there were no sand volleyball courts.
