This is by far my favorite place for wings. Ive tried several flavors but keep coming back to the lemon pepper. Their blue cheese is VERY good. The fries are great too. The cajun seasoning is the best. They get 5 stars on the food! Generally the place is clean. Now.. the customer service ALWAYS leaves much to be desired and 3 stars. I have 25 yrs retail management experince (district/regional) and I have been in at times that if that was my store, I would have fired half the staff when I walked in the door. Im typically in at night and rarely do I see anyone that I would call a manger and it just always seems to be "kids" with no customer service skills. My advice to the management/owner... focus on the customer experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Out of the 10 times Ive ordered here 1 was good which was the first. This place literally has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I know its not a 5 star restaurant but come on. I believe his name was Calvin and this is the guy I always have to deal with. Every time I go theres something wrong and theyll laugh in your face when you bring it up, I had a 20 piece and it was 1 short with half the wings undercooked and they literally laughed and said they will replace one wing. How is this place still in business. Come on rick ross. Never again.

I am extremely disappointed. I tried this location because my co-worker told me about it. He also stated that it was not as good as the one we love in Valley, AL. I read the reviews before I finally made my decision and like others, I sort of ignored it thinking that maybe people were being a little picky. I must say that I specifically asked for my wings to be xxxtra crispy(very hard). I stressed it.... What I got was some regular cooked wings. I had to go home and cook them some more.

OMG, BEST. LEMON PEPPER WINGS.EVER!!!!! Plus the staff here is super nice and easy to talk to...like your friends. Only gave 4 stars because every time my sister called (we ordered two nights in a row....yes, theyre that good lol!) they always hung up on her. we had to order in person both times which sucked because I was visiting from Tennessee and could only stay awhile both days. Time is precious yall :) But, I will be back though....great business.

Is there a way to give this location a negative 5? If so they deserve it! Service is horrible! Horrible! Nasty staff members didnt even wash their hands after coming in and outside and touching money! Asking other customers if their job is hiring! Theres not enough words to describe how HORRIBLE this location is! Rick Ross horrible decision in staff hiring! Horrible! Horrible! I will drive the additional 30 minutes for another location going forward!

I ordered their 6 piece wing meal on Saturday for dinner. I received my food in a timely manner and everything was hot however the flavor was lack luster. I did enjoy the fries, but the wings were seriously lacking in the flavor department. The I could barely taste the lemon pepper and the garlic Parmesan had no flavor at all. If I were to eat these blindfolded I would not have even know they were tossed in any flavor at all.

Wasnt good at all. Nothing like the wingstops Ive evperienced in other locations. Ordered the hot, classic wing cooked well done. Werent cooked well done and the wings were huge, unlike all the other locations, and the flavor wasnt good. Sorry, wont be going back. Was looking forward to eating here instead of American Deli :-(

I love wingstop. This however is the worst one ive been to. I tried multiple times to see if they would improve and they have not. From bad customer service to fries that looked like they were double cooked ( old fries ) full of oil. I hope they improve...maybe in time I will retry.

Im fromFt.lauderdale/Miami, and I was so excited about Wingstop opening up. We have them all over. On my first and last visit, wings no flavor,wet half cooked chicken, fries no flavor, and the manager was extremely rude.. First and last. Ill wait to visit Wingstop back home.

Wings are on point, the service is lacking. I have been here several times and the service keeps going down. I just order my wings online and go and pick it up so I do not have to talk to them much. This could get 5 stars if the management team put a good crew in there.

Good food, horrible service. 45+ minute wait for 10 wings and manager didnt understand why I wanted a refund. Then gets prissy and tells me to go to the diner up the street. To the staff: Be careful of the feathers that you ruffle here, its a small town.

told cashier it was our first time, no response; large wings; had 1/2 lemon pepper, was dry rub, tasted ok; 1/2 hot, it was either plain Tabasco, or 99% Tabasco; neither had much flavor; hand cut fries were the best thing; will stick with American Deli

They are pretty fast but the quality is not consistent. I have also had a few issues like being charged for the wrong order and sitting in the waiting area and not being told that my food was ready because they confused the name on the order.

Dont get me wrong the wings are good and customer service does the darndes to compansate. The fact is one a very demanding day the team fold! This leads to over promise and dissapoonent when it comes to delivery.
