This is by far one of the worse TB in the area. 1st the 3times I have come here all 3x my order was incorrect, the food was not prepared correctly, either cold, wrong ingredients, or just wrong order all together. My last visit there was hair inside my double crunch taco in between the shell and the wrap. The staff is for the most part OK, but not friendly. The manager was nice but seemed frustrated bc it didnt seem as if this was the 1st of this type of complaint. Last but not least the prices are higher here than other area TB, which wouldnt be so horrible if the food itself were correct. Certain demographic areas often have fluctuations in prices but at the least the food quality is on par, that is not the case for this location. And with all of that consider this location happens to be located directly next door to a "Cook Out" restaurant makes this just the worse food choice on Scenic Hwy.

I just came to this location tonight at 10:00 pm , July30 2017. The young lady with glasses that was at the cash register was extremely rude... while she was taking my order she kept on talking to other employees and laughing ... I asked her to put hot sauce on my burrito and she said " we dont do dat.. you put it on yoself" then there was recipe on the counter and she literally yelled to me " if you dont want yo recipe you can throw it away or keep it , I dont car " ...... when she went to go throw the receipt away she said " Im glad my shift is almost over" ...... then she was explaining to her co workers how she was gonna kick me and my friend out because it was after 10.... I am very upset at this young teenagers attitude ... she was very disrespectful .. I will not be returning .

The customer service and food quality has progressively worsen. Last night, I ordered through drive-thru; the man who took my order, Lloyd, was extremely rude and aggressive the entire time he took our order. I had to repeat my order three times. Then I pulled up to the window and found out he still got my order wrong. Almost every single time Ive come at night, they close their store 20-25 minutes earlier than the hours listed. And they almost never accept card at night either.

Ive been here twice. The first time the lady at the drive thru asked if I wanted any hot sauce, said fire please. Hands me the bag and 2 seconds realized that she didnt put any in the bag. Closed the window before I can ask for it AGAIN. Second time I literally waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for my food. Not even a sorry for the wait. Never again!!!!

Terrible how tf you close a store 20 mins early then tell me you only taking cash for me to have cash then tell me your closed all because you getting a truck then change your store hours!!! Terrible customer service its already bad enough a few places dont stay open as late but when the ones that do close early cause they ready to go home sad!!!

First time to this location and it was a great first impression. We decided to dine in. The restaurant was very clean as well as the bathrooms. Our food came out hot and delicious. Everyone there was so sweet and made sure to welcome us. I will be back!
