If I could give 10 stars I would!!! The IHOP in Locust Grove is me and my fiance go to place to eat every Sunday. We have been going every single Sunday right before church for 3 years now. There is multiple reason why was love coming to this IHOP. First, the first time we walked in that Sunday 3 years ago we were greeted like we were family. Second, the wait staff is so nice and friendly and we have never had a problem with waiting on someone to come wait on us. They were always on point as soon as you sit down and so helpful, always checking if you need anything and quickly getting you refills on drinks. Third, they were quick and fast with our order. We order the same thing every time. And from that moment forward every Sunday we come in feeling like we are a part of the IHOP family because the workers know us now. Also as soon as we walk in and sit down at our sit we dont even have to order anymore. They know exactly what we get. I would highly recommend if you havent came to the locust Grove IHOP I would make a trip and come eat here. All the wait staff and all the workers are so wonderful. Thank you Locust Grove IHOP for doing a great job.

This location needs to work on getting their kitchen straight. I asked for over-medium eggs but got over-easy. The other thing I noticed during my visit was that the staff did not seem too coordinated in their efforts to serve guests. Other than that it was another visit to your typical American breakfast restaurant. Please work on getting your crew and the kitchen to work together and improve your service. Finally, I appreciate your support of veterans and members of the military. Thanks!

Where to begin... when we arrived there was a wait even though there were plenty of empty tables. There were at least 8-10 dirty tables that were sitting for 15-20 minutes while employees just strolled around changing sugars, arranging syrups. Hostess dropped our menus on the table and kept walking. As we sat waiting for our food we watched as people were being sat at dirty tables. Just ridiculous. All of the employees were lazy and blatantly avoiding work.

Waited too long to be seated and to get our food. I ordered a steak omelet which was filled with sausage and very tiny bit of steak that also tasted like sausage. Management was told and she stated that she knew the cook prepared them both together on the same grilling area and it must have been a mistake combining them together. Well the mistake was me going there to begin with. Never sgain!

Terrible! Called in a togo order, which took 15 minutes to order over the phone. Finally get to iHop only to find out that they never placed my order because they said they didnt have the item that was on the menu. I finally pulled up the item from the online menu and it took an additional 45 minutes to finally get my food. Very unorganized and untrained staff!

Really great food, and lots of options. Very nice staff that make sure you are having the best experience you can have. Medium wait time, about 15 minutes. A little secret is that if you tell staff its your birthday they will sing happy birthday to you. All around a great experience. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Untrained staff. Long waits. Have given multiple tries as the location is convenient. 3 times in a row have had to explain that the menu says free refills on iced coffee bit every time waitress says they arent. Most recent time they refused to get manager. I will never be coming back and telling everyone I know the same.

Service was terrible. Our new server could not remember our order even though she wrote it down. Our food came out before our drinks (water and coffee) and silverware. We had to wait for silverware. Food got cold. No joke. We waited that long for silverware. And we werent the only table. At least 3 tables around us.

Worst pancakes I ever received from IHOP. My was thin and breaks off. I looked at other customers, their is thick. Not only that, they gave it to me my panckes on a small plate. Syrup pouring all over the table. And when told them. They act like they dont care. Other employees just smile like its funny to them.

Never again. My wife had a hair in her food, my daughter had aluminum foil in her food, pancakes were horrible. Kids eat free, they adjusted our bill to take off my wifes meal and my daughters, my son ate free (kids eat free), and somehow my bill was $25.00 The worst $25.00 meal I can remember.

Waited at least 10 minutes to be seated (not busy at all in the restaurant) and then after 15 minutes of sitting at our table with not one waiter stopping to get out drink order we left. Awful service when the restaurant was slow, I would have understood if it was busy.

Service was not good. Eating with two young children. Adult food was brought to the table, while children had to wait. Eat here often and service is normally good. Had to wait long periods for everything we asked for. Bad experience.

A friend and I meet for breakfast every once in awhile here in the morning. The food and staff and good, but the music could stand to be lowered in the morning when there are fewer people in there. Other than that its a good place to eat.

The service here is slow. They hardly check up on you. Ive watched them get orders wrong at other tables (they went back to the kitchen with all of the food they brought out to people). But other than that the food is decent.

The service was fast and the food was tasty! The waitress remembered all four orders (with special requests) without writing anything down, and the portions were larger than I have received at other IHOP locations.

Servers are good and attentive, but food tends to lack. Usually a problem with orders coming out wrong or incomplete. Never really see a manager checking on guests to get ahead of potential issues.

My food was good and the waitress was very friendly but it was very cold in there. Because it winter now there should have been a little warmth. Other than that it was good.
