I tried to call and place a to go order, phone was busy all the way to location. Got there and waited about 10 minutes before they took my order. Placed order and waited 50 minutes all for the order to be wrong. All tables were dirty including the grill area. So much food on the grill that didnt get cleaned down between orders. Another customer complained that her eggs were over cooked and had shells in them. Another customer complained how long it took for their order. A man came in after I placed my order and got his order first. Unless he ordered his hashbrowns extra burnt, they looked horrible. The waitress said they had some call offs. The manager who was on the grill, by the way, said he sucked at cooking. It definitely showed in his cooking and by the way he threw the food on the grill. Only will go back if Ms Donna is cooking on the grill. Service and health score have gone down since the remodel, which I dont understand.

Total of 4 people sitting in restaurant - on arrival we made 6. Placed 2 simple orders; waffle and side of bacon x 2. The prep person handed us one order over the dividing wall - the other order never came - even after asking twice. The manager, I am guessing he was a manager, blamed everyone around him which placed us in the position of unwanted attention in the restaurant. On another note they advertised pecan topping as an option on the waffles. They put the pecans in the batter - glad we are not allergic to nuts!!!! When this HH first re-opened it was great. Clearly there was a professional level of management present. Each time since then it has become worse until today - the worst experience ever!

My family and I just left this establishment for brunch. This will be my first and last time to this eatery. It took around an hour after ordering to get our food. All the tables that did not have anybody seated were still dirty. After getting our food my fiance got the wrong dish. After sending it back and did not take that long to get the correct dish. This establishment and needs to work on getting their food out in a timely manner to the customers. The people sitting around us were also pretty pissed off because it took so long to get food. Still left the waitress a generous tip because I dont see it being her fault for getting the food out late.

When this location first remodeled my fiancé and I loved going here the staff was amazing friendly quick and always got our orders perfect. But ever since they fired they old staff and hired new staff it is horrible! The past two times we went our orders were missing food not to mention after trying to call in we were on hold all the way until we got there and ended up ordering inside to go and still ended up waiting 35-40 minutes. I doubt we will ever go here again. If anyone has any good breakfast places that we could go please let me know thanks!

Been coming here for years, staff is very friendly and have that old school, casual small town service. They will be dropping the Huddle House name soon and opening under there own name which I can understand, Ive tried other Huddle Houses because of how good this one was and most of the others Ive been to were, well, God awful, but not this place. If you prefer Waffle House over Huddle House, I suggest trying this location, Ill choose this Huddle House over ANY Waffle House Ive been too ANY day!

Sat for 15 minutes before greeted. Staff more interested in when theyre getting off work. Took another 6 min to get water after being greeted. I never get bad service here and Im not one to complain because I am in the industry as well.....but tonight was just awful!!!!

Lived down the street for years nd never bothered to stop in. Glad I finally did. Me and the wife love going here for breakfast. It always serves well as a go to when we cant figure out what to eat. The owner and her family are great and always take good care of us.

Took 45 min to an hour to get the food. When I got my food there was hair in it. Had to ask for a refill on my coffee . My food didnt come back out. Just horrible all the way around. I will never eat here agian. My 1 star is being generous

Something has changed and it is not a good one. My last two visits were very bad experiences - long wait, incorrect orders. I miss the service that we used to receive. Has the ownership changed. I want to be supportive, but I cant at this point.

The only I give 3 stars is cause I like 1 person that works there.. the management sucks they have no clue what they are doing. They need to get a grip on their stuff and learn how to treat employees and get their heads out of their asses

Sometimes you just want good food and you dont care how bad it is for you. This place makes food just for that kind of occasion. Go in hungry and leave completely full! So good and it doesnt drain your bank account.

Clean, and the food is good. Staff is friendly. But get ready to wait. Its going to take a while for you to get your food (20+ minutes). To go orders seem to take priority over dine in orders.

I was not very happy to hear about the change in management, but i was pleasantly surprised to still be greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff whenever I stop by for breakfast.

Great food and cozy atmosphere. Relatively inexpensive. Would give 5 stars but 4 out the 5 times we have gone there the servers have been in outer space and not attentive at all.
