Horrible! Alway gotten decent servers. The last time we were there they were out of crepes. How do you run out of crepes on a Sun at noon already? Come to find out its just a mix and all they do is re-heat/kind cook the pre-made crepes. Lol, what?! Then we decided to try it again the night before my birthday. It was supposed to be a fun kid friendly night out of house for dinner. Not fun! Our waitress was very slow, in every aspect. She did not keep up with us well at all. It was a Mon night and not busy. She said that they dont do kids eat free. Which I thought that was all ihopes kids eat free! We have always had our kids eat free at this location. Then she says its the 24hr ones that dont do it. Ok... Whatever. She was all confused with our order. Even though we went slow for her to write it down, she still was confusing things up when she repeated it back to us... 3 times. So when waffles came I asked for hot syrup. Normally brought out in glass pourer. She said she would have to hear up the one at the table, plastic, or bring out a small plastic cup. That they dont do that anymore. What?! Then it was all packets of tarter sauce and cocktail sauce for our shrimp. Im used to the oz soufflé VIPs w saice in it. So I guess the new manager, who by the way was wearing a Lacey trigger top not in uniform like we are used to seeing the normal manager in, was out of it and had no clue what she was doing. She came by to check on us and was supposed to get drink re-fills and put another order of shrimp in for us.20 mins later our waitress came back. I told her we were very displeased with our service tonight we had asked for refills and another order 20 mins ago. We wanted to go drinks and our order in to go box, the check and just wanted to leave. So she took another 10 mins. Then said Ive taken off your drink orders. That doesnt matter. Still not good service. We still tipped 20%, even though we shouldnt have. She said dont get the manager and tell her I took off the drinks. What the hell?! So I dont know what kind of staff changes, management changes, or corporate changes are going on but they suck! We will never go to this ihop or another ihop again!!!

I called to order for pick up. When the call was answered I was told hold. I ended up staying on the hold (not mute) but like the phone was just placed to the side. I could hear all sorta of conversations going on while I waited for someone to pick up the phone and take my order. After 14 minutes...all the whole I had made a bank run and on my way to the restaurant. So after 14 min of wait time someone picked up the phone but instead of checkingbof someone was on the line, they hanged up. I called back and explained the situation...the person who answers didnt even acknowledge what had just transpired, no apology, nothing just simply said "OK can I take your order now?". Really? Take my order now? If you were pregnant, hungry and in my shoes would you want to simply pace your order now? Last time me and my family ever order or eat here...thankfully there are quite a few IHOPS within 10mile radius of where we live. And so far IHOP PLEASANT HILL is wayyyy better!

Walked in, stood at the hostess podium for about 5-8 minutes and no one greeted us or even acknowledged us. The restaurant had maybe 7 or 8 tables seated when we arrived. We sat down and waited at the table for another 8-10 minutes before anyone showed up. From arrival to the time the waiter finally got to us it has now been close to 20 minutes. We finally order our drinks and food. As the waiter walks away a table of 3 sits down behind us. Another 20 minutes go by with no update about our food. The table behind us gets their food before we do and its at this point we decide to leave. When I get to my car I remember I left my glasses on the table we were seated at. When I get inside to retrieve them the waiter has them and tells me that I need to pay for my orange juice, that I didnt even touched. Had it just been me and my wife I would not have taken the time to right this but we had our 18month old with us who was very hungry.

Out of all of the IHOPs I have visited, this is by far the worst. First, we waited over 30 minutes for our drink orders. It took over 30 more minutes to receive our food. During which time the table behind us, who arrived way after us received their food. And their party was more than ours. My friends crepes were cold and the chicken burned to a crisp. My husbands country fried steak barely had any gravy. One person was missing their grits and their other crepe. The person missing his food also received sausage that more resembled jerky. When mentioned to the waitress she just said "okay" and no apologises. I wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy. My husband always finishes his plate but he left half of his food behind. Thats a first. We told the waitress how to split the check when we first sat down and then he asks again later and yet she still messed it up. Save your money and go to Waffle House.

High turnaround for employees which dampens the experience and service. Almost every time they mess something in our order up. Staff rarely knows the menu so you dont get exactly you order. Last time ordered a rooty JR for my daughter as always w/ pancakes and strawberries on top. How the waitress heard silver dollar is beyond me but thats what was brought resulting in her trying to charge for the strawberries and no whipped cream was brought. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that came with avacado. She brought a fried steak sandwich with avacado. I had to wait for thw correct food to be brought. By the time it came everyo e else at my table was finished eating. Love IHOP but train your staff better or youll keep loosing custo.ers because its annoying to have your order messed up everytime you go in.

Ate breakfast at this IHOP on my birthday. Warning: dont expect to get free pancakes on your birthday! I had joined their Birthday Club online earlier in the week so that I could get free pancakes. I presented my photo ID to prove it was my birthday, but the waitress said I couldnt get the free pancakes without a coupon. IHOP never sent me a coupon. She said it usually takes IHOP a week or two to send out the coupon. I actually rejoined the breakfast club on my phone right in front of her. She said shed have to talk to the manager. She came back and said the pancake charge would be removed from my order. This was all before I even ordered my food! The breakfast was delicious, however, so I will continue eating at this IHOP even though the service is subpar.

Worst experience ever service extremely slow. Started out having to wait on a table. We only had an hour for lunch. We were 20 minutes late getting back to work. Spent more time waiting on food. I had to get up to find someone to check on the status of the food. Our server was taking care of us and the tables on the other side of the room. While other servers standing around. Then was not informed that they were having system trouble to take my giftcard. The server should have mention that when he was taking our order. Will not ever go back to that place again. Covington location was another horrible one. Thank goodness for the one in Snellville. Fast service they care about you coming back.
