Tried to call this morning to see how late they serve breakfast today. Called for 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. Once we got there we found out they serve until 11. It was 10:16. My daughter ordered one of the stuffed breakfast burritos & said NO PICO. The girl repeated it....you want it without the pico, right? My daughter said yes maam, no pico. Guess what....pico was on it!!!!! Also, they were obviously out of hash browns (not eggs this time....but out of hash browns. She told us that right at the start but ovxiously there was an employee in the back that kept telling her let them know were out of hash nrown......to which the girl taking our order begins to argue with the employee in the back & saying Ive already told them we are out....quit yelling Im my ear, Ive told them. Yes this is in the middle of taking our order! This is the most mismanaged restaurant Ive ever been too. The employees up front give lousy customer service & the folks in the back can NEVER get everything right. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the orders even when its right on the ticket. I Dont understand. Its not that difficult. I try to give another try many times now and it gets worse every time. Fix this stuff guys. Otherwise youre gonna end up out of business.

My sister came to visit Georgia from Pa. They stopped here to eat and she ended up leaving her wallet behind. Of course she didnt realize it until she got to Stone Mountain. All of the cash, for her vacation, along with credit cards and Id were inside. We couldnt reach them by phone so she drove back up from Stone Mountain. She called me hysterical when she arrived. An employee found it and gave it to a Manager who locked it up in the safe. Thank you for having such honest associates and really saving the vacation of my sister and nieces.

Living in Cleveland, and eating here often, I never see the manager in a uniform.. always jeans and Tshirt, and always hanging outside with friends in the parking lot.. the rest of the staff is always representing the company with proper Taco Bell attire.. I find it annoying that during busy times, she never jumps in and helps her team..She always wondering around inside and out.Thats not leadership by example.

The food is made to order, so its always hot and fresh. They have a real bad problem of getting orders mixed up here so it can extend the already above average wait time, in the store and in the drive thru. Plus, the service isnt exactly the friendliest. Being in a small town, youd think there would be some small town smiles to go with it. Nope.

The service and food was good. However, I have to say that as time goes by the cleanliness is slipping there. Tables and floors need to be kept clean. One young man did clean tables but the higher table in the corner had food and was attracting flies. The floors needed to be swept. Hopefully this can be addressed,as I really like Taco Bell.

If I could give a zero I would. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff is by no means trained and do not seem to care that they get our order wrong every time we go. Its dirty and the service is slow. 5 times weve given them a chance because we love Taco Bell but enough is enough. We wont be back!

Waited in line for 30 min before taking our order... very poor service for a fast food resturant... not sure what the problem was but when asked for our order the guy said he didnt hear anything he was sorry about the wait... clearly the line was wrapped around the building...

How to fast food for some reason I actually like Taco Bell I know its not real Mexican and I love real Mexican but the foods tasty and cheap all the same but generally I go here for breakfast more than anything because their breakfast burritos are much better than McDonalds

Was excited that we had a Toca Bell come into our small town, but the service isnt worth bragging about. Food is normally wrong. I have met great employee their but some of the service is below average. Trying to give it time to see if it change my opinion and get better.

The tacos were good and fresh. However the women in the back were rude. Im new to the area and simply asked when they had opened and you would have thought I had slapped at them. there was no one else there and they yelled at me for asking.
