I have eaten at this Taco Bell many times, my girlfriend included. Now my girlfriend is a vegetarian. And albeit this is partly our fault for not double checking. The service was fairly quick and for that I give it three stars. However, we ordered the chalupa meal with ALL bean substitute. We eat both of the chalupas and my girlfriend is going to finish the hard taco, because I wasnt that hungry. Now partly her fault, but since weve eaten here many times weve never had this problem. She took a big bite into a beef filled taco. Now again I know its partly her fault for not checking. Even to some degree my fault, but I specifically asked multiple times for all bean substitute. Now again, I have this review 3 stars because the food was decent, but because the manager kept hanging up on me multiple times I have reduced it to one star! Im not looking for free food, just a simple apology and to relay that information to his employees that is all. That is all I have to say for this Taco Bell.

Orders always wrong. Beef and cheese only on the tacos. Late night drive thru and having to circle back around the building in order to get the food right is just rediculous. It even says it right on the receipt BEEF AND CHEESE ONLY. Apparently they need to make sure their employees can read before hiring them. I know there is always going to be human error things just happen sometimes but every single time is just laziness.

Slow. Orders typically not right. Food prices increased. When you say something about the fact that the order being messed up, the people at the counter roll their eyes and mock you. Then laugh at you behind the "food wall". Of course when the food was cheaper, it was okay to deal with...now, I only go because its on the way home and I dont wanna deal with Chick-fil-A or Zaxbys.

Went in at 12:35 and ordered a taco 12 pack and 3 twists. At 12:52 I finally received the order. When I asked why it was taking so long justin says HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME HE ONLY HAD ONE LINE OPEN AND 3 12 PACKS WERE ORDERED! This is the slowest rudest service Ive ever experienced at a taco bell.

Service was somewhat ok. Nice staff, they just dont pay attention. Ordered $20 worth of food and received 2 packs of hot and mild sauce each when I specifically stated I wanted extra sauce. Asked for Chips & Pico and it was left off the order. Really.... Yall have got to do better. Cmon now. #TightenUp

Just had the best Mexican pizza from tb ever. Whom every made it tonight.. oh my gosh.. perfect down to the light sauce as requested. The young lady who took our order was also very pleasant and very bubbly. .. thanks katlyn!

I ordered 24 tacos with no lettuce and almost every one had lettuce on them. So they gave us 9 new tacos instead of 12. So then we had to get 3 more tacos. All in all, this was the highlight of my week.

Food is excellent. Always fresh whenever I come in. Management is great. The new rolled chicken tacos are good. Restaurant is very clean. The outside appearance looks better then zaxbys. haha.
