Customer service is dead... or at least this is what this Burger King is telling me. We have employees wearing earbuds, employees talking rudely about customers in the drive through(the customers at the front counter arent deaf, people). They talk to you without making eye contact or smiling. Are you guys to good for the job... switch places with a homeless person. I will say thank you to my server,Shari. Throughout all that stress and rude team mates, you alone managed to stay positive, polite and although our food took a while, you came back to apologize and let us know it would be ready soon. You are not to blame for your teammates and managers lack of customer service.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Burger King in my life. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese and no tomato, onion rings, and zesty sauce. I got cold onion rings, no zesty sauce, and my Whopper Jr had no cheese on it and still had the tomato PLUS the bun was stale and rock hard. Safe to say I will never order from this location again. If the zombie apocalypse were to hit and it was the only place left on Earth with food, I would starve to death. Just horrible

I will not go back. I waited over 45 minutes for my food, just to have them bring me the wrong order. Then had to wait another 25 minutes to get the right order, but it was cold. Then after another 25 minutes got the right order and it was fresh and hot. It tasted like crap and the fries were like smothered in salt. Not only that but the person who took my order was rude as hell and started yelling at me the 3rd time I went up. I will not ever be going back.

I have never been to a fast food restaurant with service as horrible as this. I have gone to this location numerous times, and every single time my order has been wrong. Once, they had to make my order over 3 times just to get it right. It is almost as if they go out of there way to give people something other than what they order. I have never written a negative review for anything before but I felt I would warn people before they go here, to think twice.

Each night, I near this humble looking building, knowing that it means so much to me. I enter the drive-thru lane and as I roll down the window I can smell the aroma of what is Burger King. The service is great, the food is great. This place will never let you down. This place is great and healthy for all. I highly recommend this place for a simple get together or even a Honeymoon or family reunion. Do not drive by this building without stopping.

I went here and ordered a chicken sandwich at 10:45AM. The sandwich was not fresh. I think they microwaved one from the day before. The lettuce was brown and not crisp. Will never go to this location again.

Everything is always cleaned and the staff are nice. this is one of the few fast food places Ive seen where mold isnt growing on the soda fountains
