Been going there for years. Last two years place has been awful. 99% of the time my order is not correct. Poor management , nobody there has pride in their service. i continued to go knowing that my order would be messed up, that is on me. We dont have another PH in my town. I complained to corp/district managers and local managers and they offer food comps, but they cant make the food correct. My order is never difficult, just xtra sauce light on cheese. Last time I placed an order 40 minutes before closing. I arrived 25 minutes before close and they had locked the doors and there was a heavy rain storm at time. I had to knock on both glass doors then back employee door and finally was let in. I was outside in the storm at least 5 minutes running door to door, they knew they had a customer picking up an order. My order was on counter waiting and not hot and made incorrect. I asked if they could remake my order correctly and the cook said no that they were not allowed to have ovens running after 10, the times they close. I said that it is 25 minutes until close and being I worked a PH for several years I know it takes about 6 minutes in the oven and just a few minutes to add toppings and the cook still refused to remake it. What happened is obvious , they shut the ovens down already and that is why my order was on the counter and not in the warmer. I WAS a regular customer for 13 years at that location but I will never order there again. The place really needs to lose its right to carry the Pizza Hut name. Oakwood has many pizza choices..Napolis , Little Ceaser; dominos; Marcos and Papa Johns to name a few.

I ordered today. First time in years from this location. I ordered online. A medium with pepperoni and extra cheese, cheese sticks and hut flavor sticks, with a side of 6 marinara sauces. I live in another city so this is why my experience pissed me off even more. I get at the place, no one greets me. Theres already a guy at the counter waiting for at least ten minutes. All the tables have trash on them, and it smelled like garbage and dirty diapers. I will admit the woman who dealt with me was extremely nice. I get home, and this is where the fun starts. Pizza has no extra cheese, both sides are burnt, and all of my dipping cups were half full of sauce. Would not recommend this location. There is one in flowery branch with way better service and food and quality.

Honestly man, this Pizza Hut is absolute trash. The pizza here is greasier than a teenager who cooks fries at McDonalds all day. I used to love Pizza Hut, for it was my favorite pizza place. However, over the years Pizza Hut has grown cancerous. I didnt want to compare pizza places, but the Little Caesars in Oakwood, Georgia right next to the Walmart is splendid! I had a great experience for the cheap price. Now I take my family to Little Caesars every Friday instead of Pizza Hut. I have finally switched over to the "Pizza Pizza" lifestyle.

Ive been to every pizza hut in our area and this is by far the worst one. We ordered the same as we always do, pizza, wings and bread sticks with our drinks. We werent given plates, it took to long to get our pizza and when we did get it, the pizza wasnt as ordered. Very few ppl in the building yet no one cleaned the tables. One spot I wont return to.

Sitting here durning lunch: no pizza on the buffet, what pizza does come out is poorly made, waitress brought drinks and never came back I had to get up to ask for a refill, food on salad bar is messy and mixed up in some items. Bathrooms are disgusting. Ran out of dishes in the buffet and no one has noticed.

Trash.. be warned. Came at 130. Buffet ended. Girl who took my order didnt tell me... finally 15 minutes later I ask any new pizza coming out? Other girl says buffet over. ????? Wouldve been nice if you offered me a personal or something. Left 5 minutes later.. your supposed to be helping the brand...

The food was great while it was hope. It was so cold in there we had to get a boxes to go. The pizza was even already about cold. They said the a/c was broke No your thermostat is messed up. Plus you should have two not one due to kitchen temp should be different from the customer area.

Pizza was ok not alot of variety for buffet and empty bar the entire time time we were here and waited over 20 minutes before leaving and still no cinnamon sticks and no body ever came by to clear our table and restrooms were filthy my wife could not even use it

This location is a very nice Pizza Hut. I eat here frequently, maybe once every two months. Always satisfied. Very friendly staff. Easy check out. They will open the box before you leave to ensure that you are happy with your order. Ill definitely be back.

This is an Ok restaurant. People is nice, sometimes. But the mayor issue is every time we order food they are out of stock and they dont call you to let you know. They wait for you to be in the store to let you know you went for nothing.

Customer service is poor here. Ive ordered beef pizza from here as well and found it tasted like sausage. Their excuse was the beef was a bad batch and had spices in it.. Regardless of my experiences, a pizza huts a pizza hut right?

Service was ok.but the pizza keeps coming out a little wet or dough is a little under cooked.price was acceptable.but yeah thats really all Pizza hut needs to work on is having the dough cooked more

Me and my friends got diarrhea from the pizza. Plus our waitress was not friendly, and she even came outside to pressure my friend into giving her another tip. Management sucks. 10/01/2014
