Yesterday at 5pm- only customer at counter was me- placed order for two orders of potato skins- kitchen made two orders of pretzel sticks- the girl at cash register said needs to be potato skins- 2 girls came from the back- the cashier told them they were suppose to be potato skins- one girl snatched both orders and started to the back the other following saying I want to try them too. I waited along time while cook chatted with cashier about what she had done the night before through the area where food counter to kitchen is located before he started remaking order- after 5 minutes more he asked her if 2 potato skins or two orders of skins ??? Manager or shift leader walked out and talked to girl about breaks right in front of me without asking why I was waiting so long - finally got order. Whats important about this? NOT ONCE DID ANYONE TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHY THE WAIT OR OFFERED ANYTHING TO HELP OR EXPLAINED. . I just watched it all unfold!! I would have taken the pretzels, same price!! What poor management and professionalism!

My husband had a banana split blizzard, it was good, except the topping were just that, all on top, not mixed well enough so when he got to the middle there were no more. I had a cherry Misty freeze, it was the best one I think Ive ever had since I worked at a DQ in Minneapolis 37 years ago, when I was 16! Everytime Ive ordered one since its already very melted before I get it. This one was still very firm and didnt start getting real soft until I was 3/4 finished with it. I was quite impressed. I wouldve taken off one star for the blizzard not being mixed well enough, but the quality of my Misty freze more than made up for it!

When recently taking a trip north we stopped at this location for a quick breakfast, the hours were posted as opening at 10:00 a.m. We were five minutes early so we decided to wait rather than drive to the other end of town. We waited 15 min., and even though you could see staff and they could plainly see us, plus the staff arriving they never came and unlocked the doors. We ended up driving to the other end of town to Burger King. So from now on when passing through Cleveland, Ga well just go to BK and save time. Of course we were only three customers, but ten stops by us amounts to 30.

I almost never review restaurants unless theyre really bad or really great. This DQ is awesome and I eat here regularly for lunch. Ive never had bad service, never had to wait, place was always clean and the service always excellent. The food is always hot and prepared well. Very good prices for lunch and I love to hear the Christian music playing. Couldnt give a place a higher recommendation.

This is a great DQ. I hate that they decided to close down the classic, road side DQ from days gone by but ever since they relocated to this new spot, the service has skyrocketed in terms of speed. The food has always been great and the employees are quite friendly. There are plenty of places around the area that could take a lesson from this location.

Wonderful! We visited after the Eclipse (8/21/17) and the place was jam packed! However, that did not stop the awesome employees from doing their job efficiently and politely! We had our food in a matter of minutes. Not only was it delivered to our table quickly, but the food was done perfectly as well! Ive never been more impressed with a DQ!

Good eats and treats, love the slaw dogs/burgers and although a little annoying, they actually turn your Blizzard upside down before handing it to you, company policy? Seems like a personal injury lawyers dream ( people with carpal tunnel know what Im talking about). Not sure what the folks at DQ headquarters were thinking on that policy...

I must say. I miss the original DQ. It was a tradition growing up. Me and the family always went on our way back from Helen. So I tried the new location. Excellent ice cream. We all enjoyed.
