I used to enjoy the homecooked food here a lot, but our last visit in June 2017, its changed. While the service was fine, it seems the food supplier or something has changed, the eggs were glossy and rubbery. The pot roast had overly fatty pieces shredded into it. In general 3 of my family of 6 didnt enjoy it at all anymore. The other 3 had pancakes so those are pretty easy. Sorry to say, this was one of my kids favorite places but I wont be returning anytime soon. Not sure if the recent private equity buyout has anything to do with it or if we just hit an off night, but thats too much money for a family of 6 to not have it be good for half of us.

We should have known to leave after we waited almost 30 minutes to be seated for breakfast. We placed our order and another almost half an hour and our waitress Jessica came out and said they lost our ticket. We waited a bit longer and still no food. Almost an hour and all we got was drinks... We havent come here in almost 2 years because of bad service in the past, we thought wed give them another chance. We were wrong to do so...

Bob Evans as a whole doesnt seem to be as good as it used to be, but its still good comfort food. We come to this Bob Evans when were in the area, and the staff is always quick and friendly. They have some healthier options, but I dont come to Bob Evans for healthy food (the Cob Salad is really good, however)... Good food, good prices, nice staff.

I had their new seasonal Apple cider glazed chicken not only is it amazing. The server and staff went above and beyond to find me the calorie count for it. Being a seasonal item that was pretty hard. I count my calories so that is important for me. I love their service. Thank you for the best bob evans service I have ever gotten.

Food took 25 minutes to come and it was cold, my ham and cheese omelet had no cheese and flat carton eggs. I sent it back and ordered pancakes and they were raw in the inside. Went to pay Bill and it took the manager 15 minutes to figure out how to erase the omelet. This is totally off our list.

The staff is always friendly. You can tell the kitchen is slow and always behind. We didnt try it for about 2 years but came back because we heard they had a new manager. Same old stuff at this Bob Evans. Better off going to Red Olive if you want a better experience.
