What do you dislike about it? It was not the way I asked thanks to the rude employee who did it her way - I should have made her eat it! The subway employee at the Canton/Holly Springs location next to Kroger today was most unpleasant - when asked to put the mayo and mustard on the bread, she didnt - she put it all over the lettuce and meat so than when trying to eat it, it was a mess and dripped out; and when asked to put only about 3 pieces of onion on, she put a whole lot on, and when asked to take them off - she said I could take them off - REALLY? That is such great customer service!! How rude! ........... I guess I was to take them off driving down the road with my sandwich dripping all over me!??? Wow! - Way to go Subway! - I guess since Subways are on about every corner, Ill go to another corner the next time.

Dont go to this place!! Service sucks. We went to this location at the corner from the Kroger, and when we ordered five sandwiches, one employee told us in a rude way that we should have ordered it an hour ahead because five sandwiches is considered a party order. Are you serious?? There was nobody behind us during that time, and it was 8:15pm! He followed by saying in a rude way "Just so you know it next time". Guess what, there will not be a next time! I never heard Quiznos or Jersey Mikes say that to anyone. Seems like this place needs some new people to run it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, as this Subway will tell you "Sub Go Away".

Pathetic excuse of a properly ran Subway. Always are out of certain items that are necessary to build a sandwich. Middle of the afternoon on a Sunday, didnt have certain bread baked, NO LETTUCE, and had only 2 kinds of cookies with a few of them each. Might as well be a McDonalds without buns or fries. Employees were lacking cistomer service to solve the problem. Maybe bake some break or cookies, go next door to Kroger for lettuce or condiments.

The people here are not very friendly. Ive been to this location multiple times because it is the most convenient..DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. The workers are consistently rude, they ask you how you want your sandwich then just make it the way they want to, they speak badly about other guests loudly, they curse loudly, and never seem like they want to be there. Very rude!

Staff go out of their way to help if you have a special order. I have encountered staff who seemed bored and indifferent but usually they are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and food is yummy.

Brandy, rudest employee Ive ever encountered at a Subway restraunt...manager?! She needs to be demoted. Replace her with Sarah. Who was, on the other hand, very sweet, pleasant, and smiling.
