We moved to the area in February and have tried the other local Mexican joints. This one, by far, outranks them all! Not only is the food fresh, unique, and delicious, but they also have a vast menu with items that you would not find at a typical Mexican restaurant. Their prices are extremely affordable. The quality is similar to those upscale Taqueria that charge almost double for the higher-end items (like the Molcajete). The most impressive dishes I have found are their steak items. Who would have thought you could get a quality, tender, juicy steak at a Mexican restaurant for around $10-13? The staff is also great. I highly recommend Edward as a server, but they are all great! Lastly, they just opened their new patio and it is gorgeous!

Esposo se le olvidó la cartera y antes de salir a la luz se regresa y llame y luego me ubicaron quien era y lo que ordenamos pero de la cartera la negaron tanto el dueno como la los meseros y Trailas Targetas prepagadas con valioso costo como Targetas de trabajo licencia etc pobres ratas asi les ira en la vida.

We have very inconsistent service here, sometimes we are overly happy and leaving a 50% tip and days like today we are debating on even leaving a tip. The server spilled water all over me, never apologized, then brought us bar straws that didnt even fit the cup. Our food was all wrong, mixed up, and under cooked which isnt the servers fault to an extent but he should have checked it before bringing it to us. He waited until we were leaving to offer refills and then confronted us in the parking lot about the tip amount we left. Sir, if you ever chase after my family and I again you wont get such a kind response next time. Honestly we probably wont ever be back.

We have been going to this restaurant regularly since we lived around the corner in a subdivision close by 5 years ago. We have since moved and live far enough away that its "out of our way" to come here and we frequent other mexican restaurants. But after going again this evening while we were in the area, Im compelled to write this review. The food tastes so fresh and rarely disappoints. The service wasnt great, but you have good days and bad days. Im a little surprised at the negative reviews I see here and most certainly think this place deserves a second shot if youve had a bad experience. If you like an active scene, go for Cinco de Mayo.

I came here last Friday for lunch and had a great experience. NOT tonight for dinner. I was there with my three kids - aged 6, 4 and 2 years old. We made our drink order and it was filled relatively quickly. Thats where the service ended. I noticed another table of 8 people nearby complaining to another server about him not taking their order. When he finally cam to take their order, I left. No one else should have to put up with my kids going ballistic because of his lack of serving ability. Its a shame because I cant come again now because I cant rely on them for good service, no matter how many coupons they send in the mail.

Usually good service but today was not good. The waiter argued with us about getting the fresh made to order guacamole without cilantro and jalapeños on the side, said we couldnt. Then my wife ordered the gorditas and the sauce was too hot. When we asked for another one with out sauce because it was way to hot, he argued and flat out said "its not hot" that then took it back to "correct" But he brought back the same plate and had just scraped off the sauce. So we told him it was still hot and he just dismissed us even when we asked for the manager never saw the manager.

We dine here almost every Saturday and we specifically ask for our FAVORITE server Daniel! Daniel is the reason we go to the restaurant! He takes excellent care of us and has become the best server we know but also a great friend. We have never gotten service like we do when we go to any other restaurant and that is what keeps us going back every week. He also suggests different foods for us to try which we have loved. My last one was the Garlic Spinach Steak Dinner as well as the El Molcajete which have all been Fantastic!

My wife, our 8-month old baby, and I ate here for the first time last night, and we loved it! For a restaurant named 7 Tequilas, I expected the drinks to be strong and tasty, and they were just that! I had the jumbo Texas margarita and my wife had the raspberry margarita. Both were delicious! Oh yeah, and the food was good too. We left with big smiles on our faces... Most likely due to the margaritas. :) well definitely eat here again!

This is our favorite Mexican spot to frequent. The food is always delicious. The fresh guacamole is awesome (we like it chunky). I like getting it with diced jalapenos on the side. We are vegan and they can always accommodate our requests from vegetable fajitas to bean enchiladas. Great food and very friendly staff. Best margarita in the state!

This is the worse Mexican restaurants i have ever been too. The food was horrible not even close to be mexican food first and last time we come to 7 tequilas restaurant we spent $55 and we were only three the services suck we had to be asking for everything even napkins amd when we finally got them they only brought two

On this specific visit to this once great restaurant, aside from every utensil given to us being encased in the petrified remains of a previously eaten meal/GROSS!!! The steak fajita plate was very fatty and chewy almost comparable to very composition of a Kuhmo tire off a Hyundai Sonata

Celebrated a family birthday yesterday at 7 Tequilas... Not a good experience at all. We had one server for 10 people, trouble getting chips and salsa, a bad table location in an aisle, lack of attention from the server and staff.. Mediocre food. We will not be going back.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Woodstock. It is clean and the food is great. The crew seems to take pride in their work. I go there frequently and probably pass by 3 or 4 Mexican restaurants to get there. If you like authentic Mex food you will love this place

Went down a month ago the food was priced to high to order so just got chips and dip the salsa was good so was the cheese dip if there was a rating I would give this place a six for the decor a four for the price and the service a seven the waiter was very polite .....

Wow what a surprise. Even though we had horrendous service the food was great. I ordered the 3 taco plate and it was all delicious. The horchata was not made in house. The salsa was delicious. So if you manage to get good service this will be a great place to go.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Woodstock. Their homemade salsa, red and roasted are amazing! Great fresh margaritas and the food is really why we have been coming here since they opened. Theres familiar and more authentic menu items to try and the tamales, yum!
