Ive been ordering from this place for a couple of years and never had a problem. Until now! I ordered a couple of pizzas and went to pick it up as usual. My order couldnt be found. No problem. Another guy came right after me and his order couldnt be found! They found a receipt in the trash from a person who had the same order and had already picked up. So they asked me to make sure. I told them no it wasnt my husband. Weird I agreed! So when the receptionist re-took my order she asked again, "I just want to verify your husband didnt already pick up the pizza and youre not trying to get 2 free pizzas?!?!" As Im looking in my wallet to pay her I said "I didnt feel comfortable giving my money to a place who thinks Im lying about picking up my food!" She had already asked me. Plus wouldnt I be paying double if my husband already picked up?!?! I was completely ok with them re-ordering my food. I wasnt upset at all! But to accuse me of lying and wanting free food is an insult!!! MY FAMILY LOVED THIS PLACE! This truly has made me sad more than anything. Now we have to find a new place to go. ANY SUGGESTIONS?! Ive reached out to the owner and Im waiting for a call back.

Where should I start!!!!! I never really liked their pizzas, their lasagna taste really old, the service is slow and one time my husband invited my parents to go there, the server was slow, my food, a simple baked ziti never came, I never receved refill of my tea, so my husband gave her 10% of tip, when we where leaving the owner stoped him with the bill in her hand and asked why he didnt give her 15% of tip, she said people must give 15% ou more, so my husband said didnt do a good job, but she insisted he must leave 15% , that for the costumer to decide, not her, I mean thats our moneyor she wants to decide for Us. This place is really pricy, the food taste old, servece is slow and owner is really rude. I dont recommend at all!!!!

My last experience here was miserable. I will NEVER eat here again. The food was plain and the service was only okay. I had asked if I could have a pink sauce instead of the usual red sauce on my pasta and the waitress told me it would be an extra "$3.99" charge. Are you kidding me? for a pink sauce (Which by the way is just a mix of red and Alfredo sauce)? The management didnt try to resolve the problem and threw in a horrible baklava. This place used to be good. My boyfriend and I would go here with his parents after tennis and this was the place where we had our first date. Once the original owner left, all the good left with him as well. I would honestly avoid this place if at all possible.

Dont eat here...The food will make you sick. Got their Gondolier Stromboli, and my stomach hasnt been the same, my mother ordered Shrimp Scampi, and the pasta was cold. We also ordered some Calimari. It was so under-cooked that about half of it was red. Used to be a decent enough place, but its gotten worse. Do not recommend going here. Go to an actual restaurant, this one is not all that great. EDIT: I also got sick from their crap food. Yeah, Im never going back here again. And now I certainly want to let others know to NOT go here to eat...Unless you want to have a stomach issue as a result...

The staff are great. I usually order the Gyro wrap or gyro plate. The gyros are great!! I love it. You dont get a rushed feel when your there or at the register ordering. Con: With the gyro plate, you get a side order of spaghetti with marinara sauce, I did not like it. Because of this Ive been afraid to try any other dish there. I didnt tell them face to face cause I do not want to offend an Italian. :) I dont eat desserts normally, but theirs in the display case does look really good. I have not had any. I would definitely try theirs and recommend theirs.

Great family friendly place....I have a 2 year old and a new born so it’s hard to find a restaurant me and my husband dont feel self conscience about going into....We never worry when we eat at Gondolier. Any noise my kids make just blends in with all the other people having a good time and when it is noticed we just get smiles. We took my son there on his second birthday and while our serve was helping us sing happy birth other guests joined in. The food, service, and prices are great!

Excellent. This restaurant is a perfect combination of all the right stuff to make a meal experience a great one ; awesome food, terrific staff, excellent service, cheerful hosts, and did I mention the awesome food. I highly recommend the eggplant parmegian. Their homemade breadsticks make the wait for the main meal feel like seconds. I bring all guests to our home here, and theyve all raved about it. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

The pizza here is phenomenal. Plus, its buy one / get one - regardless of the size, and regardless of the day of the week. The Gondolier is my personal favorite. Ive also had their fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmesan - both of which were very good. This is a sit-down restaurant, so know going in that youre not going to get your food in 5 minutes. Ive never had to wait an extremely long time, plus the waitresses are always pleasant.

Always great food, friendly staff, pretty waitresses and hostesses, beautiful food and desserts, and reasonable prices with fast service and turn around time. I have never had a bad experience here and have and would recommend to everyone to try eating here... my personal favorite is the veal parmasean which is always cooked to perfection.

Bad bad bad......dont go here. Just left with very bad experience. Ordered stromboli and was not cooked in the middle.....dough was raw.......when I sent back they started to make another and I told.them I need to go and they still charged full price for a stomach ache from undercooked food. I will never be back. Place is horrible.

i could not believe how bad the food was...each bite was a new experience in terrible. i got the $14.95 "tour of italy" the chicken parmesan was a chicken tender...the lasagna barely had anything in it...it all tasted of can...and was covered in pizza sauce. stay away if you actually have taste buds and you dont want to waste money.

More than pizza! Huge variety of food. Large portions... you can easily have 2 meals in one order. This was my first visit and I might return. My friend loves this place. The 2 big drawbacks are that the noise level is so loud in this restaurant it was uncomfortable, and if bathrooms are any indication of cleanliness, well....

I tried this place for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! Our server was timely and friendly. The food was huge portion for the price. And the best thing was that the food was fresh and great! I love Gyros and try them wherever I see them. This one is definitely worth trying! They even have espresso and baklava.
