Worst Service Ever. Forgot drinks and appetizers and one whole meal with no apology. The food quality is good enough, but the service is disgraceful. We have ordered take out from here 4 times before and always been pleased. Tonight we took the whole family (4 adults and 2 kids) to dine in. We asked for green tea to be told they only had 3 teabags! A chinese restaurant who serves tea bag green tea? Then the server forgot my kids drinks. Then only half of the appetizers came out prior to the meal. Instead of bringing plates for everyone with the appetizers they brought the appetizers and then asked how many plates we wanted, then disappeared to the kitchen for 5 minutes before bringing us plates for our now cooling (partially delivered appetizers). About 25 minutes later, our other appetizers and part of our food comes out of the kitchen. We had said the kids were sharing the 2 dishes we ordered for them and yet they did not bring them plates. We ran out of water, were asked if we wanted more (instead of just filling the water) then never given the water. My mother did not even get her order - they forgot to cook it. Then, without even apologizing to my mother because they did not cook for her, they thought they would just start cooking it (what another 25 minutes?). A woman comes to our table and finally fills our water. She was aware of the situation because she was in the kitchen when my father went back there to say dont waste time cooking another dinner because we would share instead. But still the owner made no apology to my mother. I asked her if she was the owner and she just said yes then scurried away before I could say another word. They made no offer to discount any of the ticket. This was the worst restaurant experience I have had by far.

Disgusting to say the least. Dont waste your time or money Experience started with the place having a foul smell (which my husbands favorite food is chinese food and mine is Japanese so we are used to all types of smells). Then, someone that worked here or owns the place had a little boy that was clearly part of the restaurant running, literally running around in his pjs with his hands up his butt crack half the time and the other half he was jumping on every surface in the place. Climbing on guests tables, on the walls, etc. Oh and he was barefoot. Being parents we love children but this kid was violating several health codes. We ordered our appetizers, they came about 25 minutes later. Served fresh and hot, the only thing good we were served other than the water. We ordered orange chicken with fried rice. Our orders came, chicken soggy and mushy, sauce had a strange taste as if something had accidentally got mixed in. And the fried rice was nothing more than their white rice covered in sauce. Not fried at all, complete mush and tasted of fish. The two servers never asked how we were doing, if the food was good, nothing. They were incredibly slow and obviously dont know how to read a table. Being a former server, trainer and restaurant manager I know how a server is supposed to treat a table. The experience was not worth the waste of time it was. Neither one of us ate our rice, my husband barely ate his food and i didnt eat mine at all. At the end we got fortune cookies, which we thought ok these have to be good....they were burnt. Somehow. I spit it out. Awful overall. Will not be returning.

My family and I ate here early September. It started off bad and went downhill from there. We ordered sizzling rice soup for 3. It came in a bowl barely big enough for one and had a single mealy piece of chicken and 1 (one!) shrimp. The waitress went to the back to talk to the chef and came back with a small soup bowl of broth with two cut slices of baby corn and a piece of zucchini. No chicken. No shrimp. My shrimp with cashews came out without the cashews. Our spicy Singapore noodles came out without any hint of spice or heat. The restaurant was empty except for another couple who came in at the same time so they couldnt even use it as an excuse. For the quality we could have eaten at McDonalds and gotten better/more food at that point. To be fair, the waitress tried hard but even she couldnt do much to fix it.

I used to order takeout weekly from ki rin, but the last time I ordered the food was so abysmal I felt like the only way it could have been that bad was intentionally. Crab Rangoon had spicy mayo and duck sauce instead of sweet and sour, wth? General tsos was unbreaded, and the chicken fried rice was steamed white rice with the top sized in soy sauce and the middle down was all white with no veg or egg or meat. Godzilla roll was slimy, and the eel stunk to H and back. It sucks, they usually are good..

I love chicken and theirs is excellent! Its not chewy and soggy like the kind you get in the mall. They use white meat chicken and the chicken batter is always crisp on the outside. I have not tried any of their beef items but Im sure they are excellent as well. The food is better if you eat it in the restaurant rather that ordering it to-go. Very nice owners and very tasty!!

Excellent service, nice proprietor, but food was horrible. The steamed broccoli was cold. Just wasnt left in the microwave long enough. Granted, I ordered the old trusted sesame chicken, but one would like to think food was not merely pre- cooked and warmed over. We know it is, but please make sure the plate and food are both hot. Two stars for kindness.

I pride myself in finding great Thai food and tonight I ordered the yellow curry spicy. This place was awesome, I have not had Thai food this good in a long time. This is a real review and I am a real person. The restaurant is very vanilla but the food rocks. Try it you will not be disappointed!! Promise

Didnt know what to expect when I opened the door! The waitress was awesome and informative and the food was fresh and not pre packaged heat and eat old run of the mill Chinese food. Fresh cut and rolled spring rolls .... Sauces made while your order is cooking! Sushi also!!!! Wow!

Really great sushi, we did have to wait almost an hour but the food was well worth it. In the future just give yourself 45 - 60 min after order to pick up. After all cooking at home takes the same amount of time. Quicker does not mean better

I ordered ginger salad, hot and sour soup with general ts os chicken. The salad was very fresh. The soup tasted great and best of all the chicken was quality meat not cap like most Chinese places. Overall I would dine again.

This is the best chineese food ever, my favorite is the teraki chicken and several other entrees my family have tried are the best they have had also. We drive about 15 miles just to eat here! R.Scott

Our favorite restaurant hands down! LOVE the honey crab, lo mein, garlic triple, Mongolian delight (you can tell we’ve ate here a lot) and sushi (volcano, their new roll, The Braselton Roll)
