My 3rd time visiting this location..workers are typically wonderful but singe guy was there who appeared to have been the franchise owner or dm & went out of his way to be overly friendly when I walked in, bit when the coke fountain diet selections afoul tasted like rancid bitter acid, he did nothing to correct it or formally apologize& offer a refund. He told me that it was nothing he could do& went on a tangent about how much he hates diet taste etc. Well I just happen to be diabetic& regular drinks d juice could send me into a diabetic coma. I just wondered what happened to the smiling guy that greeted me when I walked in. He had a funkyIm the big guy attitude I wont be back

Very friendly people who genuinely seem to care about creating friendship and not just treating you like customers, I work next door and every time I visit its a great experience. Thank you to the staff at firehouse for creating a great atmosphere where I can enjoy great food. Im probably going tomorrow for my usual hook and ladder lol

Best sandwich ever. I did not have time to try out all the sandwiches but really like those I tried. Check at the counter for the special or popular ones. The only drawback is that is closes at 7PM which is a big bummer for me. Hence the four stars otherwise nothing like this.
