I havent had a sandwich here I havent liked. Among those I love is the Sriracha Tuna, the Hummus, and the Cuban. My wifes go-to sandwich is the Surf-and-Turf. The small size is enough for a careful eater, and inexpensive at $5.50. The medium is large and fulfilling, but at $8.25 may seem pricey for some (other nearby options are cheaper, although not as good, IMHO). The in-store ordering has you choosing a pre-printed bag for your particular protein of choice, then marking selections for add-ins; its easy and less error-prone than barking a list of condiments over a deli case. Web ordering process (a corporate site, not particular to this store) can be temperamental, so be careful. For example, editing a sandwich from the "shopping cart" view drops all of its previously-selected condiments; choosing to use an on-file credit card for payment often gives you the incongruous error message "you must use a credit card for this order" and then takes you back to the home page with your entire order GONE. Once through the process, Ive only had one order (of perhaps a dozen) botched (medium sandwich selected and paid for, but sandwich made was a small). Punch card for a free sandwich after 10; go on Tuesdays to get double-punched for each sandwich! Staff is VERY friendly and helpful.

THIS is how you do a sandwich. One of the best fast casual joints Ive been to. I love the concept, although the first time walking in and experiencing it, it is confusing and takes time to get it. There should be someone at the ready to help new customers out. You walk in and take a bag, there are 10-12 to choose from. One deals with chicken, one with beef etc. On the bag you choose how you want your sandwich, as in a wrap, in a hoagie bun and so forth. Pick what you want on it, and then ingredients. Places like this are a serious threat to FF joints like McDonalds, and its easy to see why. Who wants questionable food when at the same prices you get freshly prepared items exactly to your liking?

Today was my first time at this unique sandwich shop. As I walked in, the atmosphere was nice, and a very kind employee kindly stopped what she was doing to introduce me to the ordering process. I was waiting for my food and sitting at one of the tables nearby the stand where the sandwiches are made. During my wait, I over heard an individual who appeared to be the manager, curse at his employee and put them down. It immediately made me feel uneasy. I took my sandwich and left the establishment. I could not stomach how he was talking to this kind person who helped me. Overall ruined my appetite and made me sick. I will not support an establishment under such poor management.

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak today, wasnt really impressed with it, kinda dry and not as flavorful as it looks on the sign. Price is a bit on the high side for a sandwich restaurant. Thought the price includes a drink and chip but they are extras. Total for 2 sandwiches came to $20.41

Great sandwiches and always a friendly staff at this location. Dont expect super fast service as everything is made to order. A little bit overpriced for sandwiches keep this from being 5 stars.

The first visit I had a BLT and was disappointed to find bacon bits on my sandwich , not strips of bacon. Now I get the thank you turkey and its my favorite.
