I had not eaten at a Subway in 3 years and didnt want to go far. First, they do not accept coupons ... no matter where they come from - even corporate. I tried to use the buy a 30oz drink, get a 6 inch for free on the front page of the official Subway website and this location does not accept it. According to the one guy working there, She said she doesnt accept coupons. She wants all her money. Looked for the footlong Buffalo Chicken Sub, didnt see it. He said we got those. He put some regular chicken on sub and started dressing it. I asked, What about the Buffalo? He said, Oh yeah, and threw some sauce on it. Nothing like other Subways where it is already made. Price was a ridiculous. Get to the house, and the bread is hard. Drove all the way back for a refund. Garbage. I cant go back.

This Subway never has the appropriate items to function as a franchise. Sometimes they close up early. This could be because not enough employees to handle restaurant traffic, no bread, vegetables and meat. Today I wanted a salad and they couldnt serve me because they didnt have any bowls. The lines are always long and customer service from employees is subpar. This location really needs to get it together.

Service was ok, but they are always out of products and hour or two before closing. I told one of the employees (in a friendly tone) I rarely stop at this Subway because of that reason. Whoever the owner is, I know you are trying to save money by not disposing of food, but you are not gaining customers with this concept.

When I walked into the store I was the only customer yet neither one of the servers greeted me. When I looked down at the food items, everything was in disarray. It was filthy! The 2 young workers were laughing & strolling like they had nothing to do. I went to Jersey Mikes at FIB instead.

Half ass made my sandwich. Wrong ingredients. Didnt know what condiments were what. Left an untrained employee in the shop alone. She had no idea what was what and could not handle the line. Unprofessional. No sense of urgency. Worst Subway Ive ever been to.

The food preparers will cool but it seems that all the fountain sodas were out. I informed the workers, they acknowledged that they were out and kept doing what they were doing.

Dont go here very dirty. No hand soup or towel paper in the bathroom. Dirty toilet and not fresh food. I dont know why this place is not closed yet by the health department.

Not as I thought
