I miss the old owners, the new employees are dead heads. There was no, "Hello, how are you... can I take your order/Can I help you/Do you have any questions?" The lady just briefly walked away looking lost, made no eye contact...I had to initiate the interaction. They arent personable at all...HORRIBLE customer service. Over priced, quality of food and taste is lacking under new owners.... the onions and peppers in my Philly werent cooked properly. I wont be visiting again and mark my words...they wont last much longer. Thumbs down all around... the older lady with the poofy hair and college age girl need some serious lessons in customer service. Honest review... the response from the employee to my review proves my point! This isnt a bad review just because I miss the old owners... I was excited for the location but sorely disappointed!

WOW, thats all I can say ! This was my first time in after finding the new location... Only to find something very important missing... Very personable customer care !! I walked in and the woman didnt even speak, turned her back on me, took a dink from her cup, threw it away... I am just standing WAITING for some one to say: May I help you, or Hi, how are you ? Do you have any questions ?! They took one order before mine, and the people were telling them it was wrong... Bad service, bad environment... And my sandwich was just "missing" something. If you loved the old Roly Poly, chances are you wont like the new one !! Please note in the reviews, that the last raving written review was 5 years ago.... When it was the "real deal" !!

I used to love Roly Poly but the last four times I have tried to have lunch there, their new place has been terrible. I never write bad reviews & I kept going back after bad experiences but I cannot let this go. Their customer service is AWFUL. Such a shame because they have great food that I will truly miss.

I love this place! The wraps are always fresh and delicious, and its something my family of 6 can all agree on. Theres something for all of us at Roly Poly. My favorite is the basil cashew wrap, and their loaded potato salad that is out of this world! Must try!

Offered a groupon for one day only and closed the restaurant early so anyone who got there after five was out of luck. Seriously,close a restaurant on a Friday at 5. Just happened to be the same day as the groupon???
