Dont be scared away by the location and appearance of this lunch spot. Inside you will find cozy eating and good food. It kinda looks like a rundown apartment so it takes a minute to realize there is a restaurant here. Look for the yellow umbrellas on the deck in the front. I ordered the Reuben and was pleasantly surprised. The bread was good, the meat was good and the dressing was good. I expected more meat on my Reuben but i enjoyed it nonetheless. The ordering experience is simple with a northern feel to it. Just place your order and dont waste anyones time. The staff is to the point. You will find your standard fare of drinks and chips to add as a combo which I opted not to get. Dont forget to ask for the pickle if you like those. Lastly, compared with many other lunch places, this place is cheap. My Reuben was 5.10 and I am satisfied (Im trying to eat smaller portions.) So in summary dont expect anything fancy just a good sandwich. I will come back and order different food and update this review if I have to.

We love these sandwiches! Our company orders from The Lunch Basket on a regular (and always last minute) basis. (at least 25 boxed lunches) The owner is ALWAYS able to accommodate our large order, even which such short notice. She is super nice and the food is great. The team LOVES the sandwiches. We always get a mixed variety because they all taste so great. The prices cant be beat! You just dont get good service, great food and reasonable prices like that these days. The Lunch Basket is a true hidden gem. I recommend to everyone in the Marietta area!

Stopped in randomly and could not have been happier. The best sandwich Ive ever had by far! The owners put a lot of care into all of their ingredients, everything is fresh and their bread has no preservatives. If youve never been there, you have to try it! The prices are unbeatable and the food is great

The Lunch Basket is a great spot to pick up a quick "custom order" lunch that is always fresh, great tasting and very inexpensive. From sandwiches, to soup and salad you will always get a great meal.
