Do not eat at this location!!! I went here a year ago when they were promoting the salads with the fresh avacado, I ordered that, fries and a chicken taco. I get home and the salad had no avacado, the fries were limp, cold and greasy like they had been sitting around and the soft chicken taco was cold. Tonight I ordered the fish taco plato, and the wet burrito carne asada plato...same situation. The fish tasted stale, hard on the outside, rubbery on the inside and greasy like it had been sitting around all day and everything including the chips are cold. I took one bite of everything, then had to toss it all. My 4 yr old said his tummy hurt after one bite. Now Im pissed bcuz I have to cook dinner tonight when I hadnt planned on it. The sad thing is I used to love Del Taco...loved them in AZ and ate there for over 10 years...everything was always hot and fresh...when I moved to GA...same thing, the Cobb location is always fresh made. However, I will NOT EVER eat at this east west connector and south Cobb location again! The management does not care one bit...and the food tastes stale and cold like it sits around all day. I was gonna eat at Cielo Blue next door, but thought Id give this Del Taco location another chance...Nope, nothing has changed since I complained the last time. Disgusting:(

Terrible drive thru service the other night. I pulled in as the second car to order (there were three ahead of us waiting for food). After waiting 5 minutes without the person ordering, I started to wonder if they forgot to pull up, but then they finally took her order. She pulls ahead, and I pull up to the speaker. And I sit and wait... and am not addressed for a solid 5 minutes myself. I order, and proceed towards the window. I pay, and then wait another 5 minutes before getting my food (reasonable wait here), but in the meantime, they still havent even taken the order of the car back at the speaker. What in the world?? And there were at least 3 more cars waiting to order. Thankfully the food was pretty decent. But theyre gotta keep taking orders, you cant just take one at a time.

I had tacos and fries, so much better than Taco Bell and more variety on the menu. Tacos were piled high with cheese and everything tasted fresh, very delicious. Fries were good, nothing extraordinary, just fries done right. Service was quick and the staff was super nice. Also it was very clean, I mean really clean. The staff was cleaning tables on a regular basis. Great experience, will definitely go again next time Im in the area. They have some burritos on the menu that look amazing, cant wait to try them.

The employees are very very slow. Went 3 times to give them the benefit of the doubt but I will not go back. First time they didnt even have hot coffee so I left without a purchase. Second time they took 10 minutes for coffee and a burrito. Third time they took 7 minutes for a coffee and a burrito; then the employee handed me cream and sugar and didnt even put it in for me like I requested, also not to mention $2.25 for a rather tiny burrito is a ripoff. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I truly enjoy coming here for lunch for a great tasting 8-layer burrito. In addition to being fully satisfied with the quality of the food, the staff here is always friendly. The environment is very pleasant with background music that is never played loud. The space is spacious -- lots of tables and comfortable seating in addition to plenty of parking spaces always available. What a well priced great place to eat!

If you have drunk munchies, by all means, go ahead and grab some of this fast food. If not, you will be soberly disappointed. I ordered a chicken quesadilla that barely had any chicken (I basically shouldve ordered a cheese quesadilla). Ordered chicken tacos for my sister and it mainly had sour cream and lettuce. Left me wondering what I paid $10 for. Maybe they were running out of chicken? *womp womp*

Revised Sept.: Once more... my food us never completely cooked. This time my taco shells looked and tasted like they were right from the cardboard. Done with them. June 2016: Usually one of the slower del tacos due to the fact that its like the only one around... and the food is not cooked completely most of the time which is not good for a pregnant woman.....

I had a to-go order. Going home, I was angered to find they had STUFFED a burrito with cold fries. I remember thinking how odd the bag was as it felt HEAVY. I cant understand this behaviour as I addressed the server with "maam" multiple times, as is my custom. The order was made inside, so evidently someone in the back didnt like my appearance?

Consistently disappointed - Love DT, but this location is always Short staffed, rude, long waiting for simple items (recieved cold/stale/ chincy or missing items), lately always seems to be closed or experiencing some problems or out of items at night. Just save your money and go to the Cobb pkwy location, or the t-bell down the street.

Seems to have gone downhill a little in the last 6 months. Kind of slow, but its still pretty good for fast food. Also I think they block cell phone signals. Everywhere around there I have no reception issues but as soon as you go inside the building I get no signal at all. Same issue with multiple phones and carriers.

Have eaten here twice. On both occasions I have waited in line to place order longer than it took to assemble it. I understand that you need to train people at all stations but lunchtime is the wrong time to have someone inexperienced at the cash register. Besides that, the meal was good for a fast food restaurant.

Edit: Very slow service here! This is a good Del Taco location if youre eating inside. Their tacos are cheap and delicious. The one problem with this location is the speed at which the drive-thru line moves -- its always so slow. Also, there is a curb so you cant escape the line if you decide not to order.

Great that its open 24 hours, super convenient. Unfortunately the quality is super inconsistent at this location; sometimes I get a perfect burger at 1AM, but most of the time its cold and nasty. I dont visit during daylight hours enough to make claims as to the day shifts food.

Every time I go to this location, it seems like a totally new crew is working there. I cant remember the last time the cashier was actually familiar with the device they were using. The food is decent, but the hassle of dealing with the staff keeps me from going there often.

Hit or Miss with this place. The food is good for what it is. Prices are reasonable too. DT takes FOREVER and the staff seem like they hate their job. And it kind of sucks that theyre not open 24 hrs anymore. If you need a 3am taco, youre out of luck in Smyrna!

Ordered a chicken burrito and was given a burrito with no meat. They could have just told me they had no chicken and I would have sufficed with ground beef or steak. Dont expect honesty from this place. Edit: it was 1:45 am and they had no other customers
