8-11-2017 Ordered 4 Krystal Chiks, cashier said 7 mins. I said OK. Drove yo window and he gave me food right away. Stopped to check food. Everything was room temperature. Bread was not fresh and eas falling apart and chicken tasted like it had been sitting all day. Dry, stale, crunchy. Also they were spicy and not regular Backed up into drive thru he said wait 7 mins. This tume pulled up and after 10 mins a lady came out with a bag of wrong food. She was ghetto and had no business serving customers. She went back inside and came out with my bag of hot food with some fries (yeah!)...however on drive home realized they were undercooked and covered in soggy grease. What happened next is why I wrote the review. I bit into ine if the sandwiches and it dripped of grease and was rubbery (it was severely undercooked). I spit it out the window. Undercooked chicken is not only gross, but dangerous. I hope someone reads this review and chooses to pass by this Krystal, regardless of the convenience. What a disaster!!!

Worst customer service drive thru person told me to make my order and when i did he said to pull up to the window gave me my total when i got to the window did ask if I wanted cheese just took my money and told me to pull up someone would bring it out to me. Mind you that no one was behind me nor was it busy. So why i had to pull up i dont know why. Waited 10 mins for my food and the person who brought it out asked if i wanted a coke i told her no i wanted something else nut your person at the drive thru didnt even bother to ask. By this time i was ready to go. Poor customer service poor staff. I will never visit this location again and you wonder why people dont eat really at yhis franchise like they use to.

Took to long to receive food after ordering, when it finally came, it was wrong. I remember when I ordered my food, they asked if I wanted biscuit or toast, I in return asked if there were wheat toast, she said no, not liking the white bread, I said biscuit. plain as day. She asked bout the eggs I told her ow After waiting for bout20 mins on the food. Eggs were om running, white toast, no biscuit. Daily I used to eat at the one in morrow at 75s. They spoiled me with the fast efficient food, it was just great there. I guess all. Is not the same. Disappointed. Luv Krystal will return, I pray not to this one .

This place is horrible. Manager is unprofessional and staff is incompetent. Insufficient supplies for breakfast. Staff is rude, and unfortunately ran by kids and adults who havent grown up. There is excessive profanity by the staff in conversations of non work related issues. Do not subject yourself to this location, and if possible the company until the Krystal corporation does a better job at screening the employees and running the company.

Every time I come to this Krystal I wait in the drive thru at least 20 min. Plus, they never have the spicy chiks. If this is a popular item, order more!! Also, I have also stopped by in the early evening and found the front door to be locked. I really hope this place can improve because I like Krystal and would hate to see it go out of business.

Every time i come here the food is trash. I wont go back. They dont like changing their grease making the food taste burnt and old. I wondered how the hell you could mess up boneless wings. Leave it to krystal!!! They were hard and tasted old. Just awful. I hate this place with a passion! !! Nice staff though.
