This Krystals closes at 2am. As I pulled up to the drive thru around 11:30pm, all the lights were promptly shut off. The employees inside tried to pretend that they were closed! I looked up the number and called the store. Finally a girl answered. When I asked her if they were still opened, she studdered that they were open til 2am and hung up on me. The lights came back on so I placed my order. When I received my order at the window, I asked her why all the lights were turned off and why they pretended to be closed.. To my surprise, her response was "I didnt feel like working".... SERIOSLY???? Why have a job if youre not gonna do it?!?!

YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT. I only frequent here because its on my way in to work but every morning its wait. I pulled in 10 minutes before I jad to be to work which is 2 minutes away. Why dod it take them 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. If I had not pulled up and gotten blocked in I would have just left. I rather you have crappy service but get me in and out no one has time to sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes.The young girl trys to be fast but it doesnt work they need at least 2 people in that deive theu and front counter. If they dont want to come to work let them go to may people want jobs

Fast friendly service, hot fresh food. Every time Ive come to this Krystals my food is always hot and fresh and the drive thru is always fast, I have never had to wait long or barely wait all and the staff are pretty friendly. They are absolutely #1 on my list compared to other restaurants like CFA and Zaxbys when it comes to being consistent with quick service, fresh food and friendly staff.

Experienced something rare in Atlanta, a curiosity drive thru clerk. I was pleasantly surprised by the service here so much Im raising my rating. However, it should be noted that sometimes the food prepared overnight is prepared in such a hurry items are sent out undercooked which leads to upset stomach. Watch out for that! Otherwise pleasant!

This Krystal location is consistently getting worse and is one of the slowest drive-thrus in the area. For every car you see in line ahead of you, expect a 5 - 10 minute wait, even with the most basic orders. My most recent trip for a combo meal took over 15 minutes from pulling up to the speaker to driving off with my food.

3 times I went here and waited at the register to order for 10 minutes before leaving. One of those times a manager was at the register texting instead o taking orders. There are rarely any people in there when we go at around 11am but plenty of people working. Our group of 5 have walked out before ordering. We wont be back.

The service sucks there was no menu display at all hopefully you knew what you wanted to order ,and my wife had to take her order back twice before they got it right. They also seem to have an attitude for having to get her order correct. We will never visit that one again.

Came inside to order and waited close to 10mins because the guy and girl were in the back goofing off. Then it took 12 minutes for me to get my food. All this time they were too busy talking to actually work. Will go next door to chick~fil~a and spend my money there.

Ordered a dozen combo they charge me 2.50 for cheese , thats amazing math they have there . Hope they understand is people option to have cheeses or not . it is not restaurant option to charge for more when a burger standard comes with cheese .

Poor service. It has taken me 10-15 mins in the drive thru to get my food. Cars are just lined up with workers telling customers to just pull forward. This has happened the last 2 times I have been here. Get it together.

I love the new refurbished look; retro, but classy. There is about a 10min wait; probably because fresh food does actually take about 5-10min to prepare. No complaints on food taste here. Great value for the variety!!!
