I took my family from out of town to eat brunch here .. And well I was very disappointed with the restaurant. (In comparison with a different location) We were told a party of five will take 30-40 mins wait to sit. But we waited just under 1.5 hrs. It was very obvious they were busy but I believe restaurants should know how to handle being busy. The table we were sat at was unfortunately right next to the servers register where there was a lot of traffic. Our server was nice and friendly. She accommodated our requests when asked (moving the table and filling our sugar) She also had a few mistakes and seemed to be in a rush when taking our orders. My wife asked if an item came on top of of her meal and the server told my wife "no" but then received the order and the meal had the item on top. She left and checked back with us later. Meanwhile, it looked like the manager (Kenneth) was walking around helping serve and addressing tables which I thought was great. When we finally received our food (30 mins after ordering)... Everyone in my family including myself had a problem with the food. The eggs were well over cooked (dried out or burnt) and the French toast was cold. On a scale of 1-10.. The food was a 3. We were just starving after waiting so long. I happened to get a hold of Kenneth while he was walking around and tell him about my experience so far because no one liked it and we had no intentions on returning. He addressed my concern and offered a discount. I told him it wasnt about the discount but about the experience and he understood and I was content with that. After we left, my family said we are willing to give this place a second chance. That is why I gave it a three star review.

The most disturbing and unsanitary experience my wife and I have ever witnessed in the restaurant industry! Ugh, it was THAT bad and scary! We ventured to this establishment (located in Vinings) for a Mothers Day brunch. After being told it would be a 90-minute wait, we elected to sit at the bar. We placed our order and waited another 20 minutes for our food. We were very excited about our selections! On a busy day like Mothers Day, I would expect an unusual wait time and a possible error. Unfortunately, as our food came out, not sure if it was due to a lack of communication or attention to detail, it was given to someone else at the bar who was recently seated. No problem I said, mistakes happen! However, its the events after that caused us great alarm! We did not receive a single apology, but only a mention that our food was given to someone else. We watched in horror as our food was taken back to the kitchen only to return in less than 5 minutes repackaged and offered to us! Yuck, it was evident these were the same dishes rehashed! A very poor attempt was made to make the dishes appear new, but they were NOT!!! Why not just recook the meals, as opposed to bringing us dishes someone else began eating from....we were appalled and left immediately!!

First time I went there was with a group of 8. We had called in ahead and reserved a table. We arrived 15 minutes early and it still took them over and hour to get us seated. Waiter took our drink orders, brought them and then we never saw him for another 20 minutes. Then he took our orders...one hour and 20 minutes later our food finally came out. I was excited because I had read so many good reviews about many of their dishes. Needless to say I was underwhelmed. The food was unseasoned and bland tasting. It was evident some of the dishes had been seating under the heat lamp for a while. VERY disappointing given how much you pay for the food here. I decided to give it a second try and just went wit another friend another Sunday. Very similar experience. This time we had ordered their mimosas and needless to say they were orange juice (freshly squeezed at least) with just a tablespoon of champagne. Food was tasteless once again. To make it worse, it was extremely hot inside the restaurant which made the visit even more aggravating. I would not recommend anyone to go here until they staff better and provide a level of customer service and cuisine commensurate with what they charge.

Very rude host which tainted the whole experience. We booked ahead and when we arrived, the host (without looking up from her screen) told us to "hold on". We stood there for several awkward minutes before she acknowledged us, with no apology for the wait or for her rudeness. We gave our reservation name and she told us we have to wait for 20 minutes. We waited and went back to the reception when our table was ready. A waiter came to show us to our table and asked the host where to seat us, to which she replied "put them outside". This is fall and it was a chilly afternoon! I couldnt believe that she would try to send us outside when there were a few empty tables inside. We informed the waitress that we did not ask to be seated outside and would prefer to be inside, to which she apologised and lead us to an inside table. The same waitress then apologies again on behalf of the host as she had witnessed how rude and dismissive she has been towards us. The food wasnt bad but it was very noisy.

The check in app was not visible to us due to someone sending outdoors. The hostess told me 20-30 minutes and 1:15 later me and my party are still standing. SHE TOLD THE NEXT FOUR PARTIES THE SAME THING FOR TIME. Were you holding us hostage???? After several attempts to get some understanding I requested a manager. He was the fastest person there. I do understand with brunch folks can get chatty and not rush on Sunday, but the communication could of been better. Also they offered a complimentary muffin on the counter, but everyone checking in was coughing and breathing on it. YYUCKKKK. I also brought this to the managers attention after sending a text to the ap. The manager did everything to please my party even as to treat us to a delicious brunch. Customer service stunk, food was good even though mine was a grab and go and I had to leave my party to go to church. Somewhat discouraged for the first visit.

So I came here back a few months ago and my burger was over cooked, and the service was pretty lame. We waited 45 mins to be seated when we were told 20-30. The server never checked on us and one poor server named Heather was picking up everyones slack. Todays experience was better but not great. Those place always has a wait. I ordered (another) medium burger with an over medium egg on top. Well the egg was over easy and the burger was well done. The bacon was delicious and the home fries were on point too. The server was friendly but only checked on us a minute after our food arrived. Then we were out of drinks shortly after. Which to her defense they were refilled, right about the same time we got our check. Summary: the food is ok, the service is ok and the atmosphere is ok. On the bright side you can get pokestops from inside the restaurant.
