Ordered BBQ chicken wings. At the time of order, I specifically asked if the wings were spicy and I was told "NO". I explained to the young lady taking my order that I am unable to eat spicy food. When I called back to rectify the order, I was told that they will not replace this order because it is not their fault that I cannot eat spicy food. So in return, I told the person on the phone that I asked if they were spicy. I got major attitude and was told that it is the perception of the person and what is spicy to one person may not be spicy to another. I was then informed that it is the sauce that they use. I am visiting from out of town and this is my first and LAST order from this place. I felt that the response from the person on the phone was very "UNPROFESSIONAL" and uncaring when I thought that it was clear that I wanted just plain BBQ sauce. If this is the type of service being dished out by a restaurant she needs to find employment outside of anything dealing with customer service. I work hard for my money and feel that I just wasted my hard earned money on something I cant eat. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME on the lady on the phone. Dominos looks very good at this point. After a 10 hour drive, and wanting some thing pleasant to eat this was a disaster.

I ate here twice, didnt like it the first time but thought maybe it was a glitch until I order from them again today! Some of the worst food I ever tried to eat in my life, I couldnt even force a second bite of the fake sausage patties! Like what mom and pop resturant serves fake sausage patties? The scramble eggs was in one big piece and the bacon was see through and Im almost sure it was fake too. Im pissed and extremely displeased and hungry!
