They got my order wrong and they had to re-do the sandwich. The re-do was not that great; bland. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken sandwich on Panini bread. I paid $9 for a drink and a dinky bland sandwich. The manager asked how everything was an I told him it wasn’t that great. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The back of the restaurant smelled like a wet dog, so we did not sit there, sat up front where it was too hot. The manager then came and stood over us as we were talking because the restaurant closed while we were eating.

I go to Panera Bread about once a week for breakfast and to work on my laptop. I love their Baked Egg Soufflés. The only thing that bothers me is that I sometimes feel like the employees are stalking me when Ive been there for longer than an hour. I try to always sit at one/two person table and I dont stay for long during peak breakfast or lunch hours but still feel like they try to rush patrons sometimes.

Weve been here 3 times and each time theyve been out of coffee. In fact they dont even do dark roast coffee in the afternoons and we had to settle for the light roast yesterday and had to wait for them to brew it. The pastries were not fresh either. We visit from out of town and love our local Panera Bread (they always have coffee available) and have been disappointed with this one in Kennesaw.

During our visit they were very busy, and OUT of everything. I ordered a bagel toasted, which I received not toasted and a slice of their cinnamon coffee cake which they forgot to serve. My spouse ordered the flatbread, and since they were out of flatbreads, they gave it to him on Texas toast which was skimped as ever. Might try this location again one day, but not anytime soon.

The service is always slow and they never get your order right. The manager didnt even know what dressing they had for salads. I ordered a whole Kale power salad and for $9.00 I received no kale. Awesome. Although the one on Barrett Pkwy is just as slow in speed of service, their quality in food seems to be better. Plus they give me kale when I order it.

Women who assisted me were not friendly. In addition I ordered a frontega chicken w roasted turkey instead of the chicken and they didnt add the onion or the spinach. Basically got a turkey w tomato n Cheese sandwich. If the food isnt going to meet the expectations at least have good customer service. In short wont b going back there.

Service is hit or miss. Im a regular to this location and there have been several times where my order has been incorrect or Ill get tiny portions compared to what Im paying. I eat here because its on the healthier side but would be open to other options if available nearby.

I come here every time I get a break from my baby. Sometimes when Im early enough, its quieter than other cafes and perfect for some me time. The staff here are usually pleasant enough, and today the lady at the counter is so friendly! It made my day :D Thanks!!!

They messed up my order last week, I didnt make a big deal out of it. But when I walked in just now I let the manager know and he offered to give me what ever I want for free. This was so nice! Im definitely making this location my go-to lunch break

Great food, always fresh, friendly faces, I am never disappointed here. Only downside is from 12-1 on weekdays, it is seriously packed & parking/seating is difficult to find. Even during their busiest hours, they manage quick service - A+

Good food and service, it was just super cold in there in August/September. My group wanted to stay an hour longer but couldnt because of the cold. It has been warmer lately inside since its getting cooler outside.
