This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. My mother was in the hospital, I really wanted Asian cuisine. My cousin, her 5 year old daughter & myself walked in & were not greeted then we were asked "for here or to go"? Like we were bothering them. We then were seated & the menus were tossed on the table not handed to us. I asked if they had a childrens menu & was told they did not have one. I then asked if they had smaller portions b/c we had a 5 year old with us. Someone shouted from behind the register/counter no kids menu? We got up & left, we went down the street to the Midtown Tavern where we were greeted immediately & told that we were welcome to sit on the patio b/c children werent permitted inside b/c it is a smoking environment. We were very happy to sit outside @ Midtown Tavern...it was beautiful outside! We witnessed the owner/someone smoking on the patio @ Aloha Asian Bistro when he finished he tossed the cigarette butt. My cousin said "if he does that to his own patio imagine the kitchen?" I was excited to eat there b/c of the reviews but I guess I never will do the customer service!

I ordered some to go food from this place because there was no minimum. The delivery guy shows up and tells me he needs a copy of my card. They had already ran and approved my card when I placed my order so I didnt understand why they needed a copy. The lil delivery guy says Ok, ill take it back. I told him he couldnt take it back because I had already paid for it. He proceeds to leave and thats when i call the manager. The manager laughed and said it was between the driver and I and that he would refund my money, but that he had told me he needed a copy of my card. I have a recorded phone at work and at no point did he tell me this. So needless to say, in the middle of my busy work day, at work, i am out of a lunch and waiting for my $11 to be refunded. Never ever ever ever again!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. And the security guard who saw it all go down said that every time that delivery guy came there is always a problem.

My food arrived on time but immediately after the first bite of salmon, I could tell it was not fresh. After a long day of work and nothing to eat since breakfast, I planned to tough through it with extra soy sauce to mask the flavor. I had enjoyed half of my miso soup and a few bites of salad when I ate my 5th piece of sushi and my stomach couldnt take it anymore. I gagged and vomited my entire meal and could not finish it. I had my doubts but will never order from here again. Btw, I am a restaurant manager and worked in the highest volume restaurant with sushi bar in the city for years. I know fresh salmon.

Ordered dinner-and dessert. Coconut Ice cream never came. When we called to let them know that the ice cream was forgotten, they said they would redeliver-they could not refund because we paid in cash. Very rude on the phone. We assumed they were busy for dinner, and called again and then we were told that "we were lying, that we did get the ice cream". They then said they were closed, and next time we would get a free ice cream. We said, that was not right, and they did not care. There is plenty of great food in Atlanta-dont have to get crappy service from anyone. We will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

We ordered Aloha for lunch today. Unfortunately not only was the food an HOUR late, it was also cold. After the many calls to the restaurant (all of which were with people who were rude and impatient), we finally spoke with the manager who after explaining our ordeal said "sorry, it was the drivers fault" and hung up. I have never had such poor service in Atlanta. I will NEVER order again from this place, and I encourage you to do the same. It would have been completely different if the restaurant was apologetic, but he was not.

Me and my boyfriend are currently sitting in aloha. Its so delicious I had to stop mid meal and write this review. We were skeptical at first. Only taking in the opinions of other peoples then we thought hey! Why not?? ITS AMAZING. Very quiet for the most part tidy place. The sushi is delicious!! Very fresh and lots of choices. We got the California, volcano and crunch. I also had the miso soup. All delicious! Will definitely be back

I didnt appreciate the way they treated my boyfriend and i, they didnt great us. The restaurant smells like dead rat. And when I said I didnt like what I got the man said thats what you order, . Asians do not know squat about customer service all they care about is taking peoples money. And the food was disgusting. I would never recommend people going there if I am spending my money I am expected to get great customer service.

I used to order from this place often, and have the receipts to prove it, but today the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and refused to answer any questions I had about why they could no longer deliver to my residence. I just ordered from them last week and now they claim that they have never been here and that it is not in their area. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THE MANAGER PJ IS A JOKE!! I WAITED OVER HOUR FOR MY FOOD THE DRIVER DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE NUMBER THAT WAS PROVIDED!! THE MANAGER TOOK UP FOR THE DRIVER SAYING IT WAS BC HE COULDNT FIND A PARKING SPOT!!! AS THE CUSTOMER ITS NOT YOUR FAULT! The food was great I got sushi (the CA roll, crunch roll, and the bagel roll) while they were all nicely portioned and delicious the delivery guy was a jerk! He demanded a cash tip because I didnt put one on my card(mind u this was my 1st time ordering frm there) but because of his nasty attitude I told him OH WELL and left him and his bad attitude in the parking garage.

Ill start it with this Im new to the area, I have only been to Atlanta twice so I dont know a lot of the area. We get to this restaurant it a nice at first glance, we have 12 people granted usually you want to call ahead to prepare. But it didnt end good the food wasnt great it was terrible service. I probably wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Food was delicious, but the service was horrible! I felt alot of tention around like they had something against black ppl. We were not greeted properly, no smiles at all. A couple came in after us and was feeling very akwark as well so i know it was just me..... First and last visit Aloha to the Aloha bistro

Food was ok but too expensive 50 dollars for 2 ppl is insane then when I called and ordered my food he said the rice was only enough for one person but when we got it it was big enough for the whole family so he lied causing us to order more than we need. First time eating here and for sure my last time.
